McDonald's, Cape Coral FL

Terrible. Burger was burnt, fries burnt and over salted, even the help was more interested conversation with fellow employees over my needs as a customer. Eff this place, won't be back.

Edit.an hour later I have diarrhea thanks to an undercooked yet burnt burger that tasted like it was sitting under the warmer for over an hour. IMO avoid this location at all costs. They suck bigtime!

Sausage McMuffin with egg, plus I always get the muffin with extra toast so it's crispy. Today it was excellent.

Not too bad. But the entrance and drive through they should really fix it someway. I don't particularly blame the owner or manager. But they need to rethink the entrance, parking and drive thru. It can get pretty tricky, especially when busy.

Best McDonald's in the area. State of the art two lane drive-thru, fresh food, great employees and awesome location!

Everything was excellent and the service was fast, but it must have a better environment, so that it looks more cheerful and hygiene is better

Garbage store, one you order and the whole staff but two cooks are standing next to drive through window ignoring the register and they looked at me a few times. Then finally one chick took my order. They then proceeded to stand around again while one mopped and one cooled. Then some old guy pulled in and decided to park on top of the handicap walkway and sidewalk so his car is sitting sideways. The customer atmosphere was good though about only time

Clearly we're open! This has happened multiple times said they are not serving at this time but open 24 hours

Very bad customer service and quite frankly nasty attitude of the employee named Robin this person should not be working with any type of customers service at all.
Dm, Rm and Corp.pay attention to what you have in you’re restaurants.

For a company that built a business on fast food this place is clueless. 20 minutes in the drive-thru for a cinnamon bun. Really? Won't be back anytime soon. Food quality has severely diminished. Muffin on egg mcmuffin tasted like cardboard partially because the sandwich was cold. Burrito was just as bad. All dried out. No flavor. 6.90 wasted

They cancelled our Doordash order so we drove up there only for the door to be locked. Drove to the one on Santa Barbara instead, great service.

I went through the drive-thru yesterday and ordered two double cheese burgers. They were cooked to perfection, warm and flavorful. However, I felt off-put that neither the young man who took my payment nor the one who handed me my order said hello, smiled, or initiated any type of contact. I hope that the supervisor doesn’t allow all of the employees to treat customers this way.

Only had their fries and small drink. Drink was syrupy and tasted flat. Fries were good and hot.

Ordered online, restaurant refused to hand over the food. They said I needed to order a different way. I had no other way of ordering since the previous order was 'pending' - all the money in my account was still unable to be spent because I already placed an order!

I ordered my food a while ago. Still waiting. I figured they may be busy being considerate but now it’s too long. Called to see what the problem was and she kept hanging up. If you got time to answer the phone that fast why is my food taking so long?

Waited 45min in the drive thru when I could have came in and picked up the order very easily in 5min, but they lock the inside. Terrible.

Shoutout to Cam for nutting on my big mac. It tasted ten times better with the hot cum on the big mac. 5/5 and I will be coming back soon.

You can't just walk in and order at the counter. There is a sign use Kiosk. Parking is very limited for sure. It is not personable at all. Pretty soon they will have us cook our own food and pay them, lol
