Worst drive thru I’ve ever experienced. Not fast food. I could get faster service from a sit down restaurant.

Overprice food. Use to be a place where u take the kids and everyone can eat for a little over 20 bucks. Now you get 2 smashed burgers with only 1 or 2 condiments on it instead of all and 2 large fries for 20 bucks. They need to reevaluate the price of the food they are serving. McDonald's is going downhill and fast.

Workers are rude. Manager took our order and acknowledged that they have big time attitudes. Won’t go back to this one

They don't accept survey receipts for promo meals! Managers are not friendly and do not avknoeledge customers that are waiting to order if there's no one at the register. They just look at.

I get sick of paying for old, cold fries and sandwiches that apparently made by blind ppl.

I had a Vanilla Shake and it's the best and economical even though they have increased the Price recently.

The drive thru is really helpful and fast service.

Food always cold shake machine always down bad meat in the big Mac taste like I was chewing rubber pieces

There is always food missing from my order. They need to take more time to make sure the order is right since we're paying are hard earned money for it

Congratulations, if you were looking for the worst McDonald's on our planet you've found it! NASA scientists often use this location so they can accurately measure other locations quality issues. Alright let's start, I've given the place a good 20 tries only because I don't live that far from it. Every single time I've been there they've managed to exceed any logical expectation of timeliness. I mean FAR exceed it. You'll wish you'd have just went home & cooked something. When you finally do get something cold handed to you through the window, the person will almost always seem angry. The food though.how can I describe just how old it is.the fries are never done. I'm not even sure how it's possible that those get messed up.in closing I'd avoid this place lome the plague.

Never any ice cream, milkshakes nor frappe. Always the machine is down. Waited till I was at the window to tell me. Who is the owner of this McDonald's?

I never do these reviews but this time I decided to do one. I came in with my 9yr old son and we were dining in. As we waited for our food there was a lot of cursing in the kitchen. I get it, have fun at work but be professional when you have customers in the store. Manager kept yelling for them to watch their language and there is no respect for managers here. When you become too friendly with your staff your respect goes away. Then I place a last minute order on the app and put the table number, and the lady walks around the store with my order and puts it back on the counter and says it’s a made up number which it is not.

These people that work there are racist and don’t like white people. It’s filthy and serve disgusting food!

This mcdonalds is 100x better than my hometown’s (Bartow) mcdonalds. The staff were friendly, they got my order really quick (under 5 minutes) and my order was all correct. I wish the staff here worked at my local mcdonalds lol.

Each time you go there their fries and harsh brown always cold never fresh. And always messing up on your orders never again will I be going there

At 7: 20 a.m to buy food for me and my husben and the juice and the food tasted rotten never again my money went straight to the trash do that i don't live by the place i live far i just was down here for a appoiment please check and taste you food

Took over 20 minutes in the drive-through before they took my order while they let 5 cars in the other lane. Get their orders before me and then the food was cold so very poor rating on this visit.
