McDonald's, Palm Bay FL

It's really busy. Sometimes they mess up your order but rarely do I have someone give me attitude (bad customer service)

The last few times I went to this McDonald’s the service has been excellent. I mainly go in the morning and the young lady that takes the orders is so professional and patient. But even when getting the food from the next window everyone has been really nice and the service is fast.

If you plan to take your kids here since they have a play area I won't recommend it they do not clean the play area it smells really bad

1st Time EVER. Was Able to Receive a WARM, NON BuRNT Egg McMuffin. I Was Sooooooo Tempted to turn around and get just 1 more. But Didn't Want to Push My Luck

I have been trying to contact this McDonald’s for over two weeks now to find out about having a birthday party. No one will call me back or answer the phone.

If you enjoy waiting in the parking lot for 1/2 hour for your order, this is your place. If not, avoid @ all costs. Never again

Always dirty and super slow service with hardly any other customers. 9/10 will get your order wrong and by the time the get the right items to you they are cold. Just shut this one down

On 9/25 at 10: 40 am my husband and I came in, stood at the counter and was ignored by an employee and a manager. We stood there approximately 5 minutes. Finally we decided to walk out. I tried to contact the store by phone, but the number was not available and I could not even leave a message.

Cold food and 15 minutes wait. If you can’t operate just close the restaurant. Edit- 7 months later 25 minutes for a happy meal. Shut it down!

Was having a low sugar episode (68) so pulled curbside to order. Ordered a double cheese burger and medium chocolate shake on my app, paid for it and waited. Worker appeared at my window, handed me the food and disappeared. What I received was a double cheeseburger and a small vanilla shake. Was weak and shaky from the low sugar episode so couldn't go inside to complain and ate what I had. When finished my sugar was still a little low so I ordered a McChicken on my app. When worker came this time I showed him my prior order and the small cup for the milkshake I had received. His response was 'Well you would have received what you ordered' and again he disappeared. Tried to write a review on the McDonalds app website, but this was like pulling teeth. So finally gave up after entering all the info twice and having it simply disappear. Very disappointed in store # 12894 Palm Bay Florida, 133 Malabar Rd, Interchange Plaza.

This McDonald’s is the worst ever not only once but three times they get your order wrong! Then look at u like u the one that did something wrong! And manager just as worst I c why the crew sorry as hell! Because management sorry! This don’t make any sense at all!

Waited for a whole hour before finally getting my food while the works were just sitting in there talking to each other and joking around

My grandson played in play area & got sick afterwards, I'm guessing it hadn't been wiped down & germs in the area. Hand sanitizer in that area would be a blessing

This McDonalds rarely has the food fresh. I’ve come here on multiple occasions for breakfast, it’s on my way to work, and the biscuits are hard more than half the time. The employees are rarely ever happy. In the drive through, they hardly ever say thank you, and rarely tell ya the total price. The drive through is something else! You could be waiting in line for easily 15 minutes, even at peak food times when it should be going quick!

Very specific about my order. However, the hamburger was burnt. Tasted terrible although the manager did make it right. Had a small french fry. Never had one that small. Also ask for vanilla milkshake. Their machine was down however I have been there before and the machine was down then also so I suggested they get it fixed. They said waiting for a part. All in all I don't think I will be back there. Thank you

Probably the best customer friendly McDonald's I've been to. Service is quick. They are always helpful if you need something extra.

I would give no stars but that’s not an option. I ordered triple cheese burger and got double. Complaining only got me a 3rd burnt patty. My Oreo Frappes had caramel on the top and again I complained. They said they had no Oreo. I went inside and was told oh our mistake your frappe is over here we just need to put some Oreo on top. Apparently they scrapped the Carmel off the top added Oreo. The entire thing tastes like Carmel and there’s only a tiny bit of Oreo on top. Absolutely disgusting. Worst food and customer service ever. Do not go to this McDonald’s. Totally waste of money. Question below asks what dish I would recommend. From this store NOTHING! Honestly if you order something with chocolate cookies and you don’t have the cookie. Why would you substitute it with caramel? Why not mocha? 3/4 of this meal is in the trash. Would not even give it to my dog
