Saturday night, waited in line for 30 freaking minutes after paying through the app for no food. If the franchise owner cares the date is October 15th 2023. You should fire the staff.

You guys keep selling me a med fry and dont even fill the package you keep giving mw a half full med fry and its getting irritating now. The burger was good but not enough frys. For what i paid for. I bought a med fry and you basically gave me a small fry amount inside a medium fry container. This is the 4th time now.between picking it up and having it delivered.so im reviewing it and also gonna be reviewing the store personally using the receipt to. Because this keeps happening and I’m tired of it. You being cheap and your corporation is gonna find out about it. Ive worked at mcdonalds 3 times cooking. 4: 1 and 10: 1 so i know how much is supposed to go into the containers.

Always fresh buns, plus their McFlurry machine never seems to break like so many other locations. ;)

First experience here! You get to have breakfast and there is no orange juice, there is no coffee because the machines are being cleaned! So what does one have for breakfast? I feel like I'm not in the USA!

This mcdonald’s is a disgrace we ordered two McFlurry’s through the app and they didn’t tell us that there wasn’t icecream until we already payed and picked up the order.the man in the drive through was very disrespectful and rude when telling us the awful news. I will not be returning.

This was the worst customer service I have ever, EVER encountered in my life in this McDonalds. First I was given a drink that was oveflowing so much it spilled all over my dashboard when it was handed to me at the drivethrough. Secondly they handed me the bag with my order and I looked around it and did not see my cheeseburger, I told the lady that im missing a part of my order and she started arguing with me that I did not order the burger when not even half a minute before that had confirmed with me what i've ordered, then insisted on seeing my receipt which foolishly I did not pick up when I payed. Another woman in a black shirt approached and joined the argument trying to convince me the whole time that I did not order this burger and they will not give it to me. It was shocking, I felt truly ridiculous trying to convince them that 10 seconds ago I ordered and payed for something and I am not getting it now. I said many times "please understand this is really bad service you are giving me, I know what I ordered and what I payed for". After few minutes of arguing and trying to understand this crazy situation I checked my bag a second time and my burger turn out be in the bag buried under a ton of napkins and fries in a way that you will never know there is something there, but the employee had the audacity to tell me literally super aggressive and in my face that I have to apologize. When I was leaving with my car she cursed at me. I am truly shocked by this experience, how rude both of them were, how uncomfortable and plain horrible they made me feel as a customer. I truly hope they go out of business, because as I can see from the other reviews there isnt a single happy customer from this place. I hope more people can read this and not go there.

During my visit to this McDonald’s I ordered breakfast. Which included a medium orange juice. But instead of a medium I was given a small orange juice. When I tried to make a correction and explain that I got a small instead of a medium the worker tried her hardest to confuse me and make me believe that it was a medium. I visit McDonald’s often so I know a medium from a small. I started to believe that they may have changed their cup sizes… to only find out later when I got lunch that I was lied to and over charged. During lunch I ordered lunch and a medium drink from another McDonald’s and figured out that during breakfast the employee lied to me about the cup sizes. Both times I went through the drive through. Usually I try not to hold up the line at fast food restaurants because I know that most are timed but now I realize that I am a customer and I deserve to receive the correct order as well as make sure I received everything before driving off. & if they care about customers they wouldn’t hold up their line by misleading! I also did not appreciate getting a receipt that I could not read. & I’m okay with honest mistakes but when it’s done intentionally- it’s simply not right at all!

This McDonalds service is actually ridiculous after 8PM this location turns hood so fast… after evening shift change this location goes upside down… during the day this place is amazing. I had made an online order tonight and picked it up and was missing items… I came back up shortly went inside and waited at front counter for 15 mins before being acknowledged by a crew member… the crew member made it right and got our order fixed in no time… I only write this review because I’m starting to see a pattern and hope the issues with night shift are resolved.

The sign on window of the store says. “24 hours dine in & drive thru…. I came up there tonight to order inside the dining room and the doors were locked…. So then decided to go through the drive thru. Upon going thru the drive thru I asked why the dining room was locked and didn’t get a clear answer to why so I proceed with my order…. I waited in drive thru for 40 minutes before coming to the window and getting my order…. Just really wish I could have ordered inside….: (

I was going through the drive through waiting to place my order.it seemed like the coworkers were playing around not aware that we could hear them over the mic.it was pretty hilarious not gonna lie so my friends and i laughed.they said, “ we are closed “ are you done laughing? Like they weren’t joking around 1 minute before.they were very rude and unprofessional.they didn’t take my order.they shunned us and kept telling us they were closed when there were people
inside.horrible place!

The guy that’s works the drive thru for 3rd shift, Ryan I believe his name is. Truly a great worker and gorgeous man. Would 10/10 recommend the Ryan meal

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Pop machine never works. Always out of commission. Ice cream machine never working. I think it’s because of the lazy workers that don’t want to clean it or fix it. Apple pies we received were hard as rocks old, how disgusting! For months had to buy value meals with no drink paid the same price as if i had a drink! This went on for months. When asking when will it be fixed was told by rude female voice at drive thru, maybe next year! Rude employees, terrible service Poor management big time! WHERE IS THE OWNER OF THIS FRANCHISE? You should be embarrassed!

Stood at the counter for approximately 5 minutes and was blatantly ignored, was forced to use the self-serve kiosk, food came out wrong but was hot. The soda machine was only pushing out carbonation. When problem was taken to the manager, the manager responded rudely that we hold the button longer and it would fix itself. Will NOT be back to this location!

This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Machines like the kiosk where you order yourself and the drink machine are broken regularly. Flies all over the dining room bugging you while you try to eat. I think there’s less flies outside. Makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen. Spoke to the lady at the drive through one day about the fountain drink machine constantly being out of order and she had a major attitude instead of apologizing “Great customer service! ” Save your hard earned money and keep driving!

I was going through the drive thru and when my order was delivered, I asked twice if everything was there, the person told me yes, and when I got to my destination, the cream and sugar were missing, and that is essential for my coffee

Orders are set on The counter someone just came in and started eating out of my bag and when I asked for fresh food they asked me what I was missing as if the person had stolen my food but my bag was still there. Someone had put their hands in repeatedly eating fries out of my bag so I didn't want to eat that.

Went thru the drive thru and not one person was smiling or asked how I was doing. They looked like they didn't want to be there. Not friendly at all
