McDonald's, Hialeah FL

The place is clean and the service is great I ordered on the self ordering kiosk and right after I stood up to wait for my food I already had it in my hands THEYRE so quick and the food is always hot. 5 STARS LETS GOOOO

Be careful when you order, they place the large order without your consent to charge you more, they always do it.

I made an order through uber eats, they charged me for everything and when it arrived, part of the things were missing. I called mcdonalds and supposedly the person who answered the phone in the early morning shift (3: 45, Tuesday) did not listen to me and hung up, I called again and with the worst attitude he tells me that if I am going to be calling to be heard Bad call that doesn't call anymore. They shouldn't have people like this working!

The staff are rude and do not serve customers, they do not help people who are not familiar with the automatic machines

I ordered my phone on the app. I was not able to pick up my food three minutes after the time that the breakfast was over. They still charged me

Running errands could be challenging to get a bite. As a master barber at RAY’S BARBER SHOP LLC time is a factor. As I drove by on the way to therapy for a member of our team, I saw the flag and it cought my attention. My eyes lit and of course saw th big M. Went got some nuggets and fries and kept going to my next stop. Sorry got to go as my mouth watered and my stomach growled I realized is time to ingest this known goodies. Highly recommended to all and the family and friends

The attention is very bad! They did not bring me the McDonalds on a tray because they say that there were no clean trays and there was only 1 person eating. I do not recommend coming here!

The whole place is very clean, wonderful service and very fast, the food with the excellence of McDonald's.

Fast and excellent service, they speak Spanish and English, place with excellent cleanliness.

Tipical macdonald's, you know the drill always giving you the wrong order, service is slow and overpriced.

They don't look anything like the ones in the photo on the menu, they're disrespectful, that's a big mac, it doesn't even look like a hamburger, we asked for ketchup and they only gave us 3 for two orders, everything is very bad, they're just like the Cuban communists

Today, Thursday, January 26,2023, I went to pick up an uber but when I heard the manager say or yell at her workers to rush her orders but not the uber that she was not interested in, I was also mistreated and threatened with a bad evaluation as driver, I didn't like how he treats the workers either. I think it can be directed with respect. I refer this more because of the issue of mistreatment of uber workers.
