McDonald's, Port St John FL

Made a mobile order to speed up the process. Got my receipt at 301pm. Pulled up to the next window for our order at 308. Was immediately asked to pull into a parking spot to wait for it to be brought out to us. 10mins later, I entered the lobby to inquire about the status of it. Was told that it had already been served. I advised that we'd been waiting and never received it. There were no apologies for the wait, nor the inconvenience. They remade our order in less than 4mins. We ordered 2McDoubles (1 was no mustard, no pickle, no ketchup, and the other was no mustard, no pickle), 2 small fries, and a 4 piece chicken nuggets. Not a large order at all to justify waiting so long.

My daughter and I were barely in the door and near the counter when we were greeted by 3 people. Before we got to the counter the lady asked, "Did you have the mobile orders _ for Sophia". I was looking around as though she couldn't be talking to me because I've never experienced service so fast at McDonald's before. Lol. One lady was helping another customer at the register and even she knew my order and was telling the other lady about the milkshakes we ordered! Nowadays, you don't see that kind of team work! I'm a disabled veteran and I am used to that type of closeness and teamwork. You can tell that this is a happy team that works together and that they compliment each other as teammates! It was literally the highlight of my day! They spoke to EVERYONE that came in and out of the door while I was there! Everyone was greeted and made to feel like they mattered. This is the kind of McDonald's that needs a Christmas commercial! You can tell they like working with others and that they don't mind doing multiple jobs. The young lady that got our food also came and mopped the floor FAST! Lol. She cleaned the floor and it dried before she even put the wet floor signs down! Lol. AND this restaurant is EXTREMELY CLEAN! What a great crew! EVERYONE was working together, not just the people up front! This McDonald's is a well oiled machine! This is the kind of crew that I wish for my daughters to be apart of. When we got to the car, I told my daughter that I was doing a survey and she said, "Yeah! The one lady was multitasking! She was cleaning up, talking to people in the drive thru and taking my order! " She was so excited to tell me that. The last McDonald's we went to they were fussing and cussing and I saw roaches and refused to even help each other out. This is definitely NOT LIKE ANY OTHER MCDONALD'S I'VE EVER BEEN TO! Or any fast food restaurant for that matter! Give them a heartwarming Christmas commercial! And a raise for going above and beyond and just being great at their jobs! Seriously! Thank you McDonald's in PSJ, FL!

Worst McDonald’s in the area. Half the time they aren’t open in the morning like 5am but they have the sign shining bright o us 1. Then today I went and ordered 2 bing breakfast no hot cakes, I was told they can’t make them. How the hell camypu not make them all, the stuff I the regular big breakfast is what you use to make ur breakfast sandwiches…. The place is a dump. Over priced, cold food, screwed up orders. I have given it 6 months of chances. No more I’ll go elsewhere

Tired of going to get a frappe and a shake and not available. Also fries seem to colder everytime you order them

Coffee was delicious as always. Atmosphere Is has more to be desired. When management corrects the staff member, they should do it in the back. They should not make the employee feel uncomfortable or cry. Is and the customers have to witness this. And it always seems like they get on the 1 person. That's doing the most work, not understanding this.

We ran through the drive-thru to get ice cream. I wanted hot fudge, and they did not have it. But we were grateful they had ice cream. Most McDonald's don't nowadays.

When I was in for lunch today there was an older teen that ran into a younger teen and spilled soda on him. He didn’t say sorry or anything. The group of older teens then started harassing the teen and the man with him. The girl/worker that saw it happened went over respectfully to try to diffuse the situation. Kudos to her for sticking up for the young kid.

A very rude and obnoxious black woman worked the drive through when I went the other day. No kind of pleasantries at all, not even a hint of a smile. And while I waited patiently for my receipt she told me I can go now and waved me on. I called her manager who was very polite and understanding. Will not return there.

My wife took our 2 grandchildren to this McDonald's this morning. The girl at the speaker got her order wrong. When she pulled around to the window To get the food And told the girl at that window it was wrong. With no one in line told my wife she had to pull back around and reorder.ridiculous. It made me Mad and I wasn't even there I was on speakerphone and Heard it all. Even One Of Is my Grandchildren Noticed The faces they were making inside the restaurant the second time around. Shameful.

Still getting used to the app to order food. The drive thru was quick & easy. Went about 11a & both the burgers & fries were FRESH & still warm after getting home. YAY!

Definitely one of the best McDonalds in the area. I will go out of my way to stop at this Location

Nice staff. They listen to what you order and make sure the order is correct. And for somebody with food allergies that means a lot to me

The Internet tells you there open 24 hrs and they close @ 11: 50 not even 12. This is the worst McDonald's around they do what they want at night.
