Business hours say you close at 11 Monday through Friday Went twice through the drive through at 10: 30 and they're close no one answered I've set there for 15 minutes and everyone Just ignore me

Only go to McDonald's once in a while when traveling for lunch and want to go through drive through.

U brother went to this location and is not fluent in English, staff was completely unethical they treated him rudely and where even mocking him saying that this was America the drive thru person even refused to hand him his receipt in his hand. Racism should not be accepted in any work place shame on you.

To slow for fast food. Couple sandwiches no drinks or special items, still waited almost 20 mins.

It's been 3 years. Supposedly they had an overhaul. I want this place to burn down. They refused to come to the cash register because there was only two people in the line waiting to order. My guess is this store does not want the business, and their pistive reviews are scam reveiws done by the management. This place is a racist based place thst only serves you in a speedy maner if you are black. White people and native ametican people are not served here. If there was a way to go with negative stars I would. Do not eat here. Anyone telling you this place is fit to eat at I'd out right lying to you.ost likely any good reviews of this place is fake in an attempt to save face. The staff are rude. Their services take longer then it does to have any restaurant deliver food. The drink machines had mold and mildew, ketchup machine down. Salt and pepper were packets were damp and wet. The wait time for the order to served, was exceptionally lengthy, like 28 minutes of standing waiting for a to go order. Then ever order was wrong and one young lady went through the drive thru, then found her order was incorrect, and they re did it, wrong three more times as she stood there pointing it out to the manager. Instead of addressing the health concerns they make excuses after excuses. They refused to return my call to address my concerns. Instead they ignored all complaints. This place needs to be shut down completely. The staff and management are completely incompetent. If this is what McDonald's is becoming then I'm sure they will not stay a corporation much longer in the USA. I plan on taking my concerns to corporate level.

McDonald's oh McDonald's. I'm sick of you. But I can't stop going. I mean I don't go every day.but every so often I get this craving for a cheeseburger with extra pickles, fries and a fountain coke.that McDonald's fountain coke just hits different! Hit up a Micky D's curb that craving, you know you want to!

Ever since the new owners bought the restaurant, it's been awful. The remodel is worse than it was before, both drive thru lanes are rarely open, the food is worse, and they always seem to be out of exactly what I want to order.

This mcdonalds is still hot garbage. They never open on time, they refuse to get an order right or even fresh for that matter. The employees make things worse with their attitudes. If arcadia had another mcdonalds id go out of my way just to go to that one.

Came here to get food july 17,2020. Arrived at 9: 15 went straight to the drive thru didnt mess around in the parking lot. Sat in the drive thru line for an hour. Finally got to the 2nd window at 10: 15. I'm not exaggerating either. Legit took 1 hour to go thru what's supposed to be a fast food line.

There is no reason it should have taken that long to go thru that line, the cars could have been lined up to the post office and it shouldn't taken an hour. Maybe they should hire better staff for the night shift because the crew they have now don't seem to care.

To top it off fries were.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 fries they gave me the bag which only had 2 sandwiches and 2 fries I stayed there until they decided to re-open the window and was asked what the problem was and stated my problem, the staff was very rude in telling me to give them my bag and receipt and still didn't fix the problem! There were two different opportunities for the order to be right and I still ended up without all of my order!

Ordered through drive thru. They gave our food to the wrong person, who then put his hands in our bag and started eating the ice cream we ordered. He gave the bag back and told them it was wrong and then the lady tried to give us the same bag. We asked if it was the bag he put his hands in and she said “no, he didn’t put his hands in” right after we saw it AND the guy told us he had done it and suggested we get new food made because of it. Just trying to speed through the line, not caring at all about cleanliness.

It's better than Taco Bell. They (Taco Bell) couldn't even open up on time for breakfast, so swung by here instead.

Extremely slow, staff and management lost, confused. No tea for customers out front. Food was thrown together and when opened sandwich was just a mess and wrong order. Cookie were microwaved to warm after I ordered fresh cookie as I watched them microwave them! Staff was to busy on their phones and not cleaning tables like they should be.

I’m not sure how but cheeseburgers always taste the same and every McDonald’s everywhere. We did the mobile ordering today and it worked seamlessly.

Simple, it's McDonald's! It's either new or newly renovated, either way, it's clean and the staff is friendly. The bathroom is very clean. At least the lady's room is clean. Sorry, guys didn't check your bathroom out.
