McDonald's, Cottondale FL

McD has gone straight downhill. They now microwave the food to reheat it. At those prices it should be hot and fresh! Sad. I'm done with them.

Wanted a good cup of hot coffee! Coffee was cold, when I asked for a "hot" cup. It tasted like sink water. Thankfully, I was traveling and won't be at that McDonald's ever again

Continue to have horrible experiences at McDonald's everywhere, including here. Service and food continue to be subpar while prices continue to rise. Roy Kroc is certainly rolling in his grave. Really, it's not that difficult, it's hamburger and fries.

Becky, The Hospitality Manager, was absolutely amazing! She went waaaaay above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! It was almost like table service at a McDonalds! Great crew!

Very busy place, nice clean. Never really ate fast foods there. Usally stop for gas and brb.

I had a triple cheeseburger meal with french fries and a coke. The food wash fresh and delicious and and the service was outstanding. There was even a lobby guy offering refills and napkins to their guest. One of the best fast food experiences I've ever had.

When the manager is too worried about drive times, and they cut cook times. You get pink burgers and undercooked fries. Bad form, do better.

Omw home pulled in to grab a bite for me and someone else. Ordered a #7 and two mc double bundles which come with a small fry along with the sandwich.

I inquire as to what comes on the mc double. I am informed and request to add mayo, lettuce, and tomato to both.

I walk away and return to get my food which is waiting on the counter for me. I ask for ketchup and I am on my way home.

Upon arriving home I hand off the #7 and discover that I only have 1 small fry and two. Mc doubles. And one of them is not made the way that I asked.

Too far to go back and not worth the hassle to call. I should have checked my receipt and my bag before leaving this place.

Jesse was working the front counter and the place was packed. He was very nice and courteous. He had a smile on his face, great attitude and personable. He asked customers how their day was. The environment being so busy didn't impact him he managed people in taking their orders like a pro. I told him he was doing an awesome job. Thanks for the great service Jesse.

Fast service, especially since it's in a truck stop and it was extremely busy. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms

Such chaos for a small McDonalds. Missing items but we were able to retrieve the entire missing Happy meal even though they ran out of apple slices.it was cramped and strangely busy even with the self-serve kiosks. I think they would be better off without the kiosks it takes up too much space for others in queue.

Jessie was the most sweetest and helpful young fellow. I will come back just for his service

Friendly staff. Order quickly filled and delivered. Best service and food that I've found in any McDonald's for several years. Keep up the excellent work!

They were really nice and the food is amazing as I'm writing this I'm eating a mcdouble. It tastes amazing 100% would recommend

They have good service, a nice lady at the drive through made us feel welcome, and the food was great! A little bit of a wait, but that's ok there is always a wait at good restaurants. Since it was the morning there was enough parking at this gas station.

Was missing something from my order and refused to give me missing order -5 stars on service. Workers absolutely act like they hate there life

It's a very busy McDonalds. But they seemed well organized. Everyone had a specific job they did and it worked well. The food was good!

Love the painted walls. Drive through is a mess. Have to pull through the parking lot to wait in line. If you have a suv, people will sometimes cut you off.

This is a regular stop for me on weekdays. Weekends, my hubby, and I go for breakfast. Food is always great. Drinks are cold. Coffee is delicious. I like my coffee with 5 cream and 5 sugars.

We dined in one time, and the young worker just swished everything off tables while washing them. He did not sweep it up. He just left it on the floor. Lol
At least the tables were clean.

Overall, I still enjoy getting my food quick and easy. Always the right order. Employees are nice, too.
