McDonald's, Jacksonville FL

So let's start off with the store was filthy and the was no receipt paper in the kiosk (which only 1 worked). As I was standing there waiting for my order I watched all 5 employees. 4 of the 5 employees were not working and acting like children. The 1 employee that was working had to make and tend to everything (fry's, sandwiches, drinks) while the others acted up. I feel bad for the girl. If there are going to be children at the store make sure there is a adult as a manager there to make sure all employees work their stations. For the blonde girl that worked hard, become the manager and be strong. God bless.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 2 McDoubles, a large fry, small fry and a drink. Order got called, I checked it, it only had the 2 McDoubles and the fries in the bag. I said “I’m missing the 2 cheeseburgers. They turned around grabbed a third McDouble and stuffed it in my bag. They were more worried about what time they get off than they were about getting customers orders correct. Mannerisms and actions from the staff made it seem like they don’t care and are just there for the money on the paycheck.

Ordered a fish combo for dine-in & failed to ring up a combo. Had a small wait despite not busy. Only saw 2 employees, one I ordered with & the super. Super was fixing meals & delivering orders. She was nice about correcting my order. Food was fresh but half my tartar sauce was in the box vs sandwich. Funny how all orders at fast food places these days seem to end up in a bag. Aren’t we suppose to be concerned about being green? Dining room is odd for a McD’s. Tables are all large with tablecloths. Go figure.

I do not recommend you to buy anything from this McDonald's, originally I ordered a smoothie but then they told me it was out of stock and I asked for a caramel iced latte and this is what they gave me it was horrible, the taste is horrible no ice inside, the cup was all dirty

Nice location, nice service, I don’t like the schedule, but is understandable because is into the Walmart

This is a McDonald's in a Walmart! Do I really need to say anything more. If there was a way to do negative stars on this app, then service & atmosphere would be negative 5. If I'm already at Walmart & my girlfriend wants McDonald's (because I don't eat McDonald's), I will drive to somewhere else before using this location.it's that bad.

Rex/Jade was nearly done cleaning as well as closing and still proceeded to make me fresh food! Thank you for being awesome!

This store has experienced a negative turn around. The latest new manager is rude to customers and employees alike. I just stopped eating there and 5 days a week I used to eat there at least once. This one won't last and good riddance.

Cold fries and probably the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in.
It’s pretty rare to get cold fries, but that’s exactly what I got. A 3/4 portion of poorly warmed fries. Not sure if the heat lamps were broken, or what the issue was.
The cleanliness of this McDonald’s gets a -10. They weren’t busy, only one guest sitting in the dining area. Trash on and under multiple tables. A leaky trash bag had dripped milk across the entire length of the restaurant. I regretted looking down at the floors. Soo dirty and sticky, it’s clear that mopping is not part of their daily (or yearly) store procedures.

Staff usually great but advertises 24 hours while closing around 10 pm. Plz update store hours to reflect the actual business hours

I used to work at McDonald's for 4 years. So I know how it is being busy and struggling at times. So with that said, this particular store needs a lot of help. Help with staff, help with training, help with cleanliness. It was quite painful to watch these 3 employees struggle to get these orders out. It took 35 minutes for me to receive 1 mcchicken meal. I am NOT angry at all. I feel bad of anything. Appeared like the employees are quite confused. Hopefully, corporate or the owner can get these employees some proper training and staff soon.

I am convinced you have to be incompetent to work here. They take 30+ minutes to make an order yet it’s always cold. You are lucky if you ever get your whole order. Do not recommend.

They didn't add any of the six sauces. Before this, people came with the same problem, but we believed it and did not check. Also very dirty

No matter what the circumstances are, you don't need to come here. You would be better off hunting your own food with a sharp stick then coming to this McDonald's for any reason.

It’s busy but the food came out great despite the long wait. Error corrected quickly. Thank you. Room for improvement.

Can someone please send a training team here it is in very desperate need. 18 minutes for two plain cheeseburger happy meals and then to just receive a bun and a meat patty. No cheese it’s pretty ridiculous. When somebody says plain cheeseburger, they want a cheeseburger with nothing on it not a burger with no cheese. And if your front person is very overwhelmed at the counter, maybe one of the two people that were standing around, listening to music and just staring at him should help him. The restaurant is disgustingly dirty. I don’t know what the opposite of a flagship restaurant is, but this might be it.
