21How does it possibly take 15 minutes to get a Quarter Pounder when you're the only person in the place? Shame on you McDonalds! They suck so much lately, I've sworn them off and will only shop them when with friends who do just to see how they're doing. No better than following Burger King or Steak 'n Shake's path so far as I can see. Disappointing.
I couldn't figure out how to substitute on the automated screen and I sat looking into the back at the manager for a good 5 minutes. No one even comes to the registers anymore I guess. But this was blatant disregard. Change is always good.
Very acceptable food. It's hot. All the usual trimmings you expect at McDonald's. Overpriced fast food, fries that turn into wood when they cool, dry anodyne designs (90s mcds designs were better). It's like 15 bucks for one vegetarian person to eat.
I would have given ZERO stars if I could have. I did a mobile order this morning and they got the drink order wrong. I ordered a Large sweet tea/lemonade and a medium sweet tea. They gave me a (large) sweet tea/lemonade and a (medium) and said that was what I ordered and I told her I ordered a medium Sweet tea and showed her my order on my phone (their mistake but I was given an attitude). The other thing I ordered was 2 apple pies and when I got to the window they didn't have any so I said that was fine forget it. She said we can give you chocolate chip cookies instead. I didn't know that I was going to be charged for the apple pies and received 3 cookies. Your employees give the customer the attitude when they get the order wrong. I was over charged for 3 cookies.
The 2 locations in Ormond Beach have changed their appearance which stinks! As we sat there we watched many unhappy customers leave. It gets worse as the days go on! McDonald's go back to your old ways!
THIS McDonald's IS THE VERY BEST in the entire chain.
I have eaten McDonald's in Hawaii, Alaska, Maine, and Florida, as well as about a dozen other States, and this is exactly the target they're aiming for, in my opinion.
The food has been perfect every time. I even detour on cross-state trips just to go by this particular store.
The inside of the store is also immaculate.
I have been doing business here since it opened. It is good but need to check your order carefully they are always missing something

I will never step foot back in this restaurant ever again. The staff are yelling and cussing each other out. Having inappropriate conversations in front of my young children. There is this one black lady that is super tall and she is so nasty and rude. I don’t know how you can possibly keep staff with the way she treats not only customers but employees as well. Management needs to step up and get this place under control. Definitely think the health department needs to take a good look around.

One of the best McDonalds that we 've visited in years. There was a little confusion using the Order kiosk. The AA young lady who brought our food was most professional and pleasant. Thank you!
Incorrect drive through order so I came inside to get the missing items. The staff acted like I inconvenienced them by having them grab my missing items. None of the staff seemed to enjoy their jobs at all.
You'd think if they were out of sweet tea they would ask you if they wanted something else, but they filled it with unsweet tea in front of me and had me go on my way

I just went there at like 12: 01 pm Tuesday June 20th the drive through people were amazing at the last window they made us wait like 20 minutes for food that wasn't correct and then we waited and then yelled at us for no reason. Worst experience ever!
It's McDonald's. This location was a first and last for us. We travel across the US every day for work and I haven't experienced anything like this store. First, this location has very tight roads and parking not suitable for an oversized truck or someone hauling a trailer/camper. Outside was clean of trash and landscaping taken care of. Inside had a few dirty tables and the drink area needed wiped down. Upon entering we was greeted by a young female. We looked over the menu and checked my deals to see what we wanted. We placed our order at the counter and tried using our code/pay. She said it didn't work, we needed to pay. At this time I didn't realize she meant the code didn't work I thought it was just the payment. We looked over our reciept and was charged menu prices without the discount. Our order came out and I asked her about the discount code, "Oh, it doesn't work on bundles. " She didn't mention this prior to payment or we would have ordered differently. The worker took my receipt and didn't offer to fix the issue. The McMuffins were crispy around the edges and sausage dry. Bagel was overly saucy making it a mess to eat while in the vehicle.
This the location closest to my home, so I go more than I should out of convenience. However, in the past 3+ months, the experience here has been consistently problematic. I can't think of a time recently when there was not a problem with the order and they are not real friendly and usually downright dismissive of your complaint. They are fond of having you pull ahead to a parking space even with no one in line behind you, so when there is inevitably a problem they have to go all the way back in to fix it. God forbid you ask for ketchup after they don't offer it. I guess I am the one at fault for continuing to go there expecting a different result.
Ordered at the kiosk, took 23 minutes and the order was wrong and incomplete. Clueless staff, customers just waiting around forever.
I went inside to pick up an online order for myself. There were employees actively arguing; HOWEVER, one of the argumentative employees made sure all of the customers in the lobby were adequately taken care of in between those scenes WITH A SMILE!:) We got our food in a timely manner, our food was hot and fresh, and we got to hear and see bunch of piping hot tea. Dinner and a show, 5/5 stars!
