McDonald's, Polk City FL

This McDonald's is actually really nice and clean. And the staff is super nice and friendly, especially a young man named Zach!

Best McD's that I have visited. I come here on a regular basis & I'm not disappointed. Staff is friendly & management is very helpful & listens. I highly recommend.

It was clean. The staff were friendly. They brought the food to us in time. The seats were comfortable. The restroom was clean.

Truthfully it sucked.the service was terrible
. Cashier can't count money and noone seems to know what there job is.not only service suck food was cold and soggy. I will not eat again at this location

I order hot cakes and sausage sometimes twice a day, yeah I have a addiction. However the last two times have been sub par. The manager Angela took care of me the first time but tonight I understand nobody gets hotcakes this late but instead of sausage I got a burger. But most of the time no problems

I love the ordering kiosk. Much better for customizing the order casheers usually hate making changes to menue items.

Dominique is a sweetheart! She took amazing care of me and my daughters! The store was very clean! The staff cooked and prepared the food for us in a Keto way, so we can keep on track with this diet fab! ️

That was the worst Big Mac I have ever eaten in the US. The beef had around the thickness of a Quarter, in maximum. I felt like just eating bread!

Called to see about a certain item on the menu and said my internet wasn’t working correctly so I called and asked and couldn’t even get a full sentence out of my mouth before I heard “Sorry can’t help you! ”. She then hung up on me. Was STUNNED by the tone and amount of rudeness that came out of that lady’s mouth. WOW McDonalds, WOW! Just wanted a place to eat in the new town, won’t be going there anymore!
