McDonald's, Orlando FL

I love McDonald’s fries but I got old overcooked fries at this location. You can tell the difference by looking at them (they look brown) … it was no mistake.

Had the sausage breakfast burrito, that had to be the nastiest sandwich I have had in a long time! Don't recommend that for breakfast my word it was bad!
Service was fine, did drive through so no atmosphere rating.

Tried to use the machine to order, didn’t work. Took forever for someone to help me. They told me to use the machine to order, even when I told them it didn’t work.

Never got to order. Annoying experience. Drive the extra few minutes to a different McDonalds.

Frys burnt as hell, asked for 3 mc, chickens, got 2, how much I paid for this total abomination of food is

It is a very nice looking restaurant but it's at most expensive junk food. If you're on the road and need a quick bite it's better than nothing.

Only used in emergencies. It's not the best choice but sometimes the most available one.

This location is very hit-or-miss on their service, quality, and speed. When it's good, it's good. When it's not.

Latest visit we had to wear a jacket inside since they had the AC so low!

Update 23-05-26: speedy service and food was spot on! Morning crew seem to have better service than evening/night crew.

McDonald's is some of my favorite food in all realness, good hot meals for good prices

I decided to give this McDonald's a third chance, but nope food quality still sucks, soggy fries, cold stale nuggets and this was at dinner time which you would expect to have fresh food but nope.so definitely will not be getting my business anymore.

The food is fine and as expected. The issue I constantly run into is that they forget something from my order. I stop at this one because it's convenient on my route. Many times I have pulled up to the outer lane to put my order in and nobody answers and will only answer and order from lane one.

Order got cancelled twice two days in a row later at night when it’s supposed to be a 24 hour service and one of the nights we were told they had ran out of food after they had served other people in front of us. The other incident associates were hiding in the back of the store and never said anything.

Given the wrong drink. Served flat and bitter soda. Given my item with a hand holding it out the window then window closed without a single word said. Asked for a large water and given a small cup that I would’ve gladly shelled out a few cents for a large if I knew I was getting a small…

All separate occasions months apart. I need to stop visiting. And the service is terrible every time unfortunately. I usually visit at night. Bad attitudes

Understand it was late but, no reason for food to be cold and fries were cold and no salt.

Always have to double check my order, always messing it up or not giving me everything poor service. Just came by this location for a 2nd time and was ignored at the counter for at least 15 min until some one even greeted me and then I waited another 10 minutes just to order. Very poor service.

This location is ghetto as it gets.
The trash cans are over flowing with garbage and tables are dirty. The self service didn’t even have tents for 1 to complete the order. Their was an in and out of individuals with random cups to get refills. Assuming this area is high in homeless people, the management should have should have safety guidelines instead sitting outside on the curb smoking.

This McDonald's is better than some, but not as good as the one on Goldenrod Rd, Orlando, just north of this location. Food is not as fresh or as hot, and service is much slower.

Too salty and the burgers are smaller now! The prices have gone up too. I won't be going back for a long time. There are definitely better choices.
