McDonald's, West Melbourne FL

They took forever to even address us in the drive through and there was two other people in line.they gave us the wrong order then prompted us pull over and we were sitting in the parking lot for over 20 minutes to receive our order.we were late for our movie and had to change the movie we were seeing.i expect to be in and out not waiting for forever or else i would’ve gone to a restaurant.seriously disappointed.some new management needs to be in place

Ok so I went to the drive thru and I have 3 kids so I asked if all my food was there, he said yes but it wasn't the manager Mike went above and beyond and I'm so thankful for him! Anyways just wanted to share my positive experience! Bless day everyone?

We go through the drive-through here numerous times just because this location is closest to us and they always forget something today we came through order #1466 and they forgot both of our hashbrowns! It never fails at this location for missing items.

I always seem to get cold fries and they're never full. They also frequently neglect to give me ANY napkins at all, and with McRibs you really need napkins.

Chocolate chip cookies fresh out of the oven from a drive-thru window who would ever know at McDonald's

Usually a good experience, today, not so much. Waited 5 min for a burger and it was served with cold fries.

By far that's the best McDonald's in the Melbourne area always the cleanest and always the hottest food and they're always very friendly

The fries taste bad and the food tastes like old oil. I got stomach pains after eating it and I would say it’s because the tomatoes where old. It’s located on bad intersection to exit better way to go out is by going around the whole restaurant. Thank goodness only eat half of it. Also, if your kid is allergic don’t buy happy meal or fries from there because for some reason those foods contain something that can get the kids have an allergic reaction compared to the other Macdonalds around.

This is consistantly the slowest McDonalds in Melbourne. I hate that this is the closest to my house. If you want your meal to be accurate and within 5 minutes, it's worth a drive up to the Viera McDonald's. You will average a 10+ minute wait every time you come here. So over this place.

I don't really like going to McDonald's anymore but when I do go I use the app for coupons because their prices have become ridiculous, especially for food that's no good for you.

I eat breakfast here sometimes. Oakmeal and senior coffee is all I get most of the time, but a steak and chicken bisquit for grandkids. Suggest you serve more non-pork foods; like Turkey and vegan/tofu.

Excellent McDonald's. There is are automated ordering kiosks.well maintained with perfect outside seating.

The food was terrible, they got our order wrong 3 times, and customer service was mean and spiteful

It's McDonald's. They messed up our order, but remade it when we brought it to their attention without any issue.

It was absolutely horrible! It took an hour to get our food, and it wasn't that busy. Don't go to the McDonald's off of 95 exit 160, you'll regret it. I'm never going back. Probably not going to a McDonald's for quite some time.

The door says open 24 hrs. That should mean I can purchase food any time. If you close and re-open then reflect that on your posted hours of operation.

Worst McDonald's ever.
Dirty tables, dirty floor, drinks and straws ran out.
Long line in side the store and only one guy at the registers taking orders, while two employers are "busy" wiping the glass door. It's during lunch hour!
Whole time at the place, only thing I can hear is there is the the lady shouting across the kitchen busy bossing every worker. I assume that is the store manager, but there is no way to tell since she's not wearing any uniform.

They messed up our order, the staff was horrible and extremely unhelpful. When we went back for them to fix their mistake, they messed up again! I will not go back!

Not fast food. Takes 20 minutes average to get your meal. Go to Olive Garden next door, you'll get your food faster.
