McDonald's, Orlando FL

Sat in drive thru waiting and had to honk to get attention of staff to take my order. Noone was in drive thru and 1 person was in the restaurant. Then served us cold fish sandwiches. My son had a happy meal and when he took a sip of his tea he instantly vomited. I tried the tea and it was so disgusting and old that I myself almost vomited. Tried multiple times to contact store to speak to someone on the matter and noone answered for the first 20 rings. Tried again 10 min later still no answer. Finally a third time I got thru to someone they hung up when I was talking. And didn't answer when I called back

Tibby's saved the day! Catfish was good. My dad has cancer, not eating much. Craved Catfish on his birthday, went to a different seafood restaurant they had stopped serving Catfish in lieu of cod. He hated the cod. Went to Tibby's, got him 3 big fillets, he loved it! Ate a whole fillet, put the rest up for later, he raved about it!

Food was fresh and hot super clean inside, overall great experience. Did see one weird thing though. One of the employees was standing on top of a table using an outlet that was located on the ceiling to charge his phone.

This is the best McDonald's in Orlando. Food is always hot and fresh and is right beside my house.

McDonald's is making the size of their hamburgers and other food items smaller yet charging more money they did this years ago and almost went broke if they don't change they will not have my business in the future

Bread was hard.meat taste of pepper or to much season. When i complained the lady did not charge me to replace it with a big mac and since the big mac cost less didn't charge me a dollar for the buy on and get on for $1 fish sandwich. That dollar would have broke me?

Got the new Bacon Smokehouse burger. Cooked to order. Fries were hot. Everything was delicious. What a great surprise.

Very poor customer service, there was one employee cursing her coworkers in Spanish and my daughter was there and she knows Spanish, plus they forgot my coffee and my wife's coffee.

Food is terrible! Burgers are either dry or dripping wet in grease. Fries are always bad, either cold or possibly put back in fryer to reheat!

VERY BUSY (!). But they do a Fantastic job of filling orders very quickly! It goes quicker than you think! Fastest McDonald's I have been to. Congrats!

Great place to visit to get your favorite burgers and shakes. I ordered my food and it arrived to my table quickly and nice and hot. The drink selection is numerous and they are super cold on a hot summer day. The employees are very helpful and friendly!

They are always slow and you cant use your coupons at the goldenrod location near lake underhill, they still have not fixed their scanner yet.

I did ask a large big meal and they give me medium. Before couple years a ago wasn't like that now when I ask large meal big they give you medium. I told them large not medium and she speak she speak spanish.

The food was good but your staff has to be nicer to us customers. No welcome to McDonald's no good morning no smile

My experience at McDonald’s was valuable they treated me with respect I want to come back next time.

Where the McDonald's on the corner of semoran and university lacks, this McDonald's stands towering over its competitor. The other McDonald's has terrible customer service and a rude manager. Lazy. This McDonald's was quick, food was on point, and I was greeted with a smile. This McDonald's is a bit out of my way, but I would rather have quality service and food than the trash service I got from the one on semeron and university.

The best I ever tasted and it's from this McDonald's only. The right amount of salt and nice and crispy. If I can give it 10 stars I would.

Worst experience ever denied me service after waiting for 5minutes with the nobody on line.will never go there again.

The crew team doesn’t care and the managing team doesn’t communicate among each other’s, And they have attitude with customers & Uber drivers.

I’ve went to this McDonald’s twice with the same friend and the two times she ordered a CHEESEburger those two times they’ve given it to her without cheese. They’re so rude about it. It’s annoying.
