McDonald's, Jacksonville FL

Fast honestly. Their hot chocolate machine was down so i got a shake it was great. The fries were so salty they were great.

I have never heard such foul language come out of mouths in front of customers and children. They were arguing over breakfast being stopped at 1030, but someone kept taking orders. Very unprofessional.

Thanks to this specific locations bad service, lack of product and restrictions one certain menu items. I will no longer even waste a thought towards fast food in general anymore. Good job Mcdonalds you officially lost another customer, not only for you but the entire restaurant i industry.

One of their employees seem to have an anger issue. I paid for what I ordered, 2 drinks. She gives me one drink and I ask for one more since I ordered 2 and she seems to have murmured some extra slurs. Horrible customer service

Slow, 4: 30am could not take drive thru order due to changing over to breakfast. They are never ready for to take order. Maybe better leadership is needed.

All I wanted was fries. I asked myself how can they mess that up. Well they did. The girls in this location are not people I want around my food. It makes you wonder what are they paying them because I can't imagine them even getting through an interview

Always take their sweet time and can’t seem to ever get an order right. Even on the simplest of orders, they take shortcuts and make excuses.

Like any other MCD. It's a hit or miss. Even if you ask for fresh food. They give you stale food.

Food quality wise, it's pretty standard as far as fast food restaurants go, but, this particular McDonald's is always clean, the employee's are always pleasant and cheerful, and they got an extra star because they always toss a few fries into the back seat for my goofy dog.

The staff is a pleasure to have there but the wait time is too long. 1/2 hour to get a sample burger and then again I said maybe this was a one-off so I visited again and the same thing happened along with my order being short.

I went through the other day with some family and we ordered 4 mcchickens, 4 mcdoubles, one Coke. One mcdoubles only had one Patty and no cheese. One of our mcchickens had no lettuce or Mayo. We even had to be pulled up and wait for our order. None of our sandwiches we're special order.

Slow, staple menu items unavailable, uncoordinated staff, no attention to detail. No spoon for oatmeal. No condiments for coffee. No napkins. Had to wait at order station, pay station, food delivery window, and was finally routed to reserved food delivery lane where I had to wait yet again for my sandwich, coffee, and oatmeal. Disgraceful. First visit in three months and reminded of why I avoid. Can think of many better ways to start the day.

Ordered a yogurt parfait around 8: 30 am and was told that they had none. Also drove 5 minutes to work and the oatmeal was already cold. Required 30 seconds in the microwave. Asked for the 2 for 4 sausage/egg/cheese mcmuffins and the cashier had to confirm even with a large promo poster in the window. Pitiful service all around.

The customer service was excellent, but I had to give 4 stars because there was no air conditioning. I feel sorry for the staff having to work under such conditions and McDonalds shame on you for not repairing their air conditioner ASAP! It's not like you don't have the money to fix it!

Their food is cheap but it is not convenient at all. Drive through lines are super long and they never get your order right.

Same as every last McDonald's i goto these days. Dry food, very bad service, and watered down drinks. I remember McDonald's being hot and tasty not cold hard dry and tasteless. This company needs some help.

The cashier was slow and wanted me to pull up just to give me my food and NOBODY was behind me. I Iooked in the window and saw the manager arguing with the girls. She then came to the window asking me to pull up AGAIN. I did all that waiting for stale nuggets. Never going back.
