McDonald's, Hollywood FL

I Came to McDonald's for a Pokemon toy specifically ordered a Happy meal Pokémon they said they had it and will give it to me, I did not recieve a Pokémon I recieved a soul Toy instead. I am beyond dissatisfied.

Ridiculous waiting time! No matter what time of the night you go through the drive thru, you will always have to wait minimum 20 mins for an order. I do Uber eats and this is a joke specially when you’re trying to get deliveries done quick to move on to the next job.

Girl taking our order got it mixed up multiple times then when we got to the window to pick up our food is still wasn't right

Today is Sun Feb 14 1: 30am. I am in the drive thru and it is painfully slow. I know it is late but this is ridiculous. Please staff more folks because waiting 30 minutes+ at this time is awful. Is this the norm at McDonald's everywhere or is this location just this slow?

4 times I had return a cheeseburger.
All i ordered was 1 cheeseburger no ketchup extra onions. I got it every way except the way I asked for it!
They just couldn't get it right.
4 times. Really? Worst Mc Donald's experience ever. For this ill never bother going to ANY McDonald's ever again. Food is of poor quality anyway Definitely not worth the headache.
Any establishment were you have to literally send something back 4 times is not worth going to again.that was just beyond insane that the staff could not meet such a simple request. I'm DONE

When you go to a popular fastfood you don't expect to get food that has been sitting under a light. You are expecting fresh hot food.
I would prefer when i order nuggets they are fresh at all times also the fries since this is the things people order and it is your top seller.

Cleanliness must not be important to this place! It had a weird smell which should have been my first sign to leave but when I went over to that SOUR smelling soda machine I knew this wasn’t a place I should be eating from! Besides being out of many of the flavors it smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned since being installed. On top of that the place where you get the lids was filthy! Just sticky and crusted over and doesn’t seem like it’s been cleaned.

It's fast food, so you know what you're putting in your body, but hey, when you get the munchies at 3am on a week day, this drive-thru is open, don't be fooled by the 24hrs sign, they close it at 5am to clean till regular schedule I guess.

For the pie being a few past the enjoy by time it wasn't half bad. I'm hoping to keep it down. I got a horrible stomach virus I believe from the horizon steakhouse.

It was good! I only come here when I'm in a hurry and need something to eat very quickly. But McDonald's is not healthy so try to buy from here the least possible

Love this location! Staff is very friendly and professional, has two speakers to take orders, they take the order correctly. Overall 5 stars!

This place is so slow, this is supposed to be fast food but it's definitely not and on top of that you have to check your order before leaving because they always get something wrong.come on guys this is not rocket science it's a freakin burger.and the employees are rude you can tell they hate their job.

Food is usually made to order, staff is always friendly even in the early mornings. Not that difficult to get into the lot and much easier leaving. Conveinent spot right off the Interstate 81, Exit 98. Easy back on I-81 North or South.

Cheese was not melted into the sandwich it was cold, like it was slapped on as an after thought! The biscuit crumbled and fell apart, totally dry! The worst in any biscuit. I ordered n egg n cheese biscuit thinking it would be hard to screw that up! Boy was I wrong, the hashbrown was decent.

This location is always extremely busy hard to get in and out of the parking lot. It’s right on Hollywood Boulevard. But I will say it is always very clean.

Don't eat fast food went for a drink this McDonald's is just like all the others except there was a very very nice cashier working there that's all I have to say

First thing I noticed was how clean it was followed by the two order kiosk that were there. I decided to try them out. Took a little to to figure out how it all worked together. Sat at my table with my receipt and the table number soon after my order came up. It was most enjoyable experience.

I work in the area and Mcdonald's is one of my Favorite fast food restuaraunts. The location of this restuaraunt is great, but sometimes often the service is not so great from the employees.

Most horrible service a food joint can provide, sadly they call them selves fast food. Waited there for 20 min.

The cashier looked like a thug wannabe acted like he was to good to be working here, also
out of dress code I got a 'hold on' as soon as I pulled up
