McDonald's, Auburndale FL

Food is usually a mess and hardly ever hot. Some of the staff are nice but most are rude af. And it takes forever to get ur food and u have to always check to make sure ur order is right cause something is usually wrong or missing.

We always enjoy our delicious food. But, when we get it delivered to us, we usually are missing a few items every single time. It's disappointing, too!

I ordered a double cheeseburger & it was the worse ever at ANY McDonald's!
I love the little double from the $$$ menu & should have this time. But. The bun was cold/hard & patties were almost burnt. Yes, I should returned it. Next time. No will NOT be a next time there!

I went through the dive through I sat there for longer then 10 mins with no service at all for both both sides. Multiple people left!

Went here at 4am, great service, no mistakes on the register, and pretty friendly staff. Food was actually pretty good too.

It was the worst meal I've ever had from McDonald's. Even the fries were bad. I did however enjoy the Mcflurry. Unfortunately it didn't make up for the poor service.

Food was, well McDonalds.same as always. The lobby was surprisingly dirty, I don't go to that one often. I was very surprised it was dirty.

Service is horrible stood in line for 15 minutes.then i stood another 15 minutes for for my son's one cheeseburger scrambled their brain with five little burgers will never come back again

They want $15 an hour and can't get your order right? The workers are slow, and the order was wrong.

Service was superb, customers were mostly vagrants, and the food was semi old. Oh and we could here all of the children playing bc the playroom door was broken open.

Worse McDonald's in Central Florida make me wait 30 minutes for my food and even then I didn't want it so I told her I want my refund took me another 10 minutes to get my money worst McDonald's in the State of Florida I recommend people not to go wait over 45 minutes for three cheeseburgers

It took them an hour for me to get my and they missed a few things I never got I didn't get compensated or anything just here you go.

The fries wasn't as good as usual, and the service wasn't up to par. I ordered two mocas and only got one in which it took almost ten minutes to make.

My sisters phone got stolen and apparently no manager could bring up the video footage. Not even for the officer. Got our order wrong 3 times and when we recieved the food the 4th time, we checked to make sure it was made right and the manager Sherry got an attitude.

Not only my was the food undercooked, but I waited 20 minutes for a refund on the food portion. By the time I received my refund for the food the milkshakes I ordered were melted. I spent over $20 on a nugget meal, a 20 piece nugget, and 3 medium shakes. Didn't even get half my money back. Worst service and food ever! If I could give negative stars I would.

Has a great area for the kids and it was clean there was a lady who worked there called Tay and she was so helpful and kind

Absolutely the worst location I have been to. I gave it several tries thinking was just a bad day. Worst staff ever. The kid that took our order last time had to get help 2 times for a simple order the 6 dollar meal combo. They never have the holiday pie it's almost like they are saving them for themselves.
Bread was stale. Fries were Luke warm. 15 minutes to get our food From now on I'll drive the other direction to the haines city location.

My special ordered sandwich was made wrong. So if you hate cheep American Cheese, this is not the place for you.

They are in need of a new manager as well as workers. Everyone there was rude and act as if your not there.this McDonald's needs to be shut down or get someone who knows what there doing
