McDonald's, Orlando FL

Wow this McDonald's is different. First of all there's 2 floors. The first floor is essential just for dining and ordering. It is very different than a normal McDonald's however. Then on the second floor, which you can access via stairs or elevator, features a full fledged arcade and children's play area alongside some more eating areas. This McDonald's is a tourist attraction in and of itself. For sure worth a visit, even if you just go to see it because it's pretty cool. They also happen to serve McDonald's Pizza and Pasta too.

Not worth the trip, maybe it was the wrong day, I'm still unsure. Took a snap of the outside then went in. The crowd was large and disorganized, the kiosks were not all working, there were 2 spills that remained uncleaned, sticky floors, unclean tables, desert sections had basically nothing. The drive thru was slammed, locals know not to go inside. I would say not worth the hype. Covid is no excuse, expect more from McDonald's.

Ordered 2 Mango Pineapple smoothies and that’s what i got (almost a cup half full) and it took 31 minutes to come out, worst McDonald’s i’ve ever been!

The manager was rude and told me I'm second priority even though I've been waiting over an hour for my food.then it came to me it was cold and wrong.and sogod forbid if i bother the manager again i ate it because my kids and I were so hungry. Food was disgusting. Employees and the manager were all moving at a snails pace. No urgency in anyone. Waste of my money and my time

A huge Mc D’s to visit. Not only regular menu options but the dessert and pizza, pasta and coffee options are nice. The restaurant was clean. The food hot. Service was quick. Overall a good experience.

2am: I had to see the largest 24hr McD's in the world and I had the late night craving for peanut butter. This place was pretty packed when I walked in. I managed to order easily because they have 6 or so huge touch screen menus to order and pay with. Most were being used. They also have one lone cashier who takes orders the old fashioned way. She was serving orders to folks and occasionally taking orders. I bought a breakfast sandwich combo for my travel companion, one of the big flagship sandwiches and a peanut butter cake. It took 15 minutes to get my food at the pickup counter. Apparently the breakfast sandwich needed to be made fresh from scratch. It was all great quality. Service was slow understandably due to a large crowd and late night staffing. I would dine again, I can't say no to this icon. Also they make pizza and have a big unique dessert menu including ice cream, which is how I got the cake.

Huge play area. Nice fish tank. Self order kiosks. They bring the food to you. This one has pizza. Arcade area.

I love this McDonald's location, as a vegetarian it has nice choices. I ordered custom pasta. The staff was quick, friendly and effecient. The food was hot and delicious. Although, if you're not crowd friendly you may want to avoid this location, Everytime I go it's VERY busy.

After waiting in line and no employee responding on the speaker. We went on to the window only to be told to go back around and that they couldnt take a order at the window. Horrible customer service from a manager of all things name Christine.

It's funny you figure if you seen one you seen them all. Not this one! Great McDonalds, I mean full entertainment! 2 stories multiple cashiers, multiple kiosks, a play the like a mini Chuck e cheese. I was kinda impressed. And.the ice cream machine worked lol.

Even after being open only a few days they are humming along like they've been at this for years. The place is clean and food tastes amazing, it was delivered to the table in what felt like moments.

Not really a fan of fast food but I love this store in Orlando. They have an aquarium in the store where u can sit and watch it while having your meal. Also they serve pasta and pizza in this store.

Pasta was great, McDonald's Food came cold and wasn't complete. Long waiting times.
It would certainly be better if this place only sold pasta and pizza.
