McDonald's, Fort Lauderdale FL

I used the app to place the order and it was pretty fast, didn't wait much and had my meal hot. Quality of the meal is not 5 starts but definitely 4 stars

The girl in drive thru, Madison, is so nice! Everytime I go she smiles and my order is always right! Overall even though this in the hood this is the best McDonald's in broward!

If it wasn't for the location I'd give it 5 stars. Lots of trouble in this area. Service through drive-thru was great.food was good.

I went to this location on 01/11/21 at around noon. I went straight to the bathroom so I can wash my hands before ordering my food. The lady cleaning floor around restroom said I needed to contact the security so he can open door. My initial reaction was shock as I never in the thousands of McDonald’s that I have gone to, seen or heard of such thing. I said to her in disbelief, to go to the bathroom I need to go to the security guard and ask for him to open it? She replied yes. I said there’s a security guard at this location? I just didn’t understand. As I turned around the security was by the door to which he then screamed at me and said yes you need security to open the door for the bathroom. I said ok fine I am not from around here I was in shock to hear of such security measures at a McDonald’s to use the bathroom. He then screamed saying I was rude and proceeded to buzz the door screaming the door is open, push it. I was in disbelief and embarrassed that I had been treated poorly. I went into the bathroom and came right out and left. I am sure there’s surveillance of incident. I will take this complain further to corporate because I didn’t deserve to get treated that way.

I ordered the two for $5: quarter pounder with cheese & filet o fish. Both were hot and fresh with picture perfect buns. The employees were pleasant, including the guard.

We had a fantastic in this spot. We loved the awesome ambience and the food. The staff members are super attentive. I am happy we ultimately decided to eat here.

It's like the Wild West in the lobby. I saw a family bring outside food in and start eating. While in line the Patriots were cursing and security guard simply watched and did nothing. I would give it one star but the employees are doing their best under the circumstances.

High security made it difficult to even use the bathroom. The downtown Ft Lauderdale area demographics made it that way. Security guard will come out if you park with out patronizing the business. It made me feel unwelcome.

Gave me nasty lettuce on my sandwhich, it was clearly a bad piece. My fries were cold and messed up my sandwhich especially with the pound of mayo they used on it.

I know it's it was very late night on a weekend and there were tons of drunk people at the drive thru but this particular McDonald's ALWAYS gets something about my order wring EVERY time over the past 13 years that I've been living here. I realize it's hard to get good help these days especially at those hours but come on! On a positive note the staff is at least Friendly!

WORKER YELLED AT US FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON THEY ARE VERY BAD DO NOT GO TO THAT MCDONALDS. (scary area as well) I do not reccomend

It's just another McDonald's. Aren't they all the same? Actually this one is slightly better than most as far as the level of staff. Other positive features are their late night hours and the cool "retro" architecture.

Horrible. The coffee was bad, they changed it and they charged me more than it costs. The food was cold.

The cashier turn her back on me, with out asking if I was done with my order, I dont feel that was profesional.

This location always seems to be a bit crowded but it’s downtown so it’s to be expected. My suggestion, if your order is wrong, simply ask them to fix it. Other than that I’ve never had any problems with this location. They have TVs inside and free WiFi so great place to grab a snack and study before school.

If I order a large fry don’t try and play me by giving me a medium fry in a large container. This McDonald’s is always trying to do something scummy, last time I ordered my whole meal large and they tried to give me a small drink. Get your act together.
