Can’t find their customer service number in Florida to compliment someone who has done a good job in one of their stores in Ruskin. Before you can compliment someone but now I really can’t locate their Florida number.

I live in southwest florida and this Mcdonald's has messed my order up 3 times back to back.so then today I decided go in to make sure everything right and it's not they had change my order 4 times then when they didn't add the extra onions they loaded on top and trying to make me look crazy. Area managers need a really look at their locations because management is horrible. Then threatened to call police when I was taking pictures.this whole place needs to Be evaluated. The manager said her name was paula who knows she wasn't even wearing a name tag.

Y'all need to close down the McDonald's on Manhattan and gandy they don't know what the hell they are doing night shift especially playing with their hair having cars waiting a while hour just for 2 sandwiches and 1 fries they ignore the customers just look at you and walk away like they don't care need some new employees or just close it

I visited McDonalds drive thru in New Port Richie, Fla. On Labor Day 2023 at 6pm. My Big Mac was burnt and DRY AND McDouble was also Burnt and and DRY. I drove back through the Drive Thru and requested a manager after the employee at window said that my meals smelled delicious like that. TO THE NEXT WINDOW I WENT. UPSET! GREETED BY A FEMALE MANAGER WHO SAID " No Problem, we will take care of that. ". I was directed to the 3rd window after requesting a warm burger Please.just experiencing the Traumatic drive from Perry to New Pt Richie, my friends New Residence. AFTER HURRICANE ADALIA'S Devistaton to the Gulf Coast and more. I FIGURED SINCE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE "FRESHLY MADE. " I waited until we got back to her house. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED TO FIND OUT IT WAS MADE EXACTLY the same BURNT and DRY. I will not Go Back there Again. I only wanted a Big Mac and a Mc Double. I have been going to McD's for 50 plus years. The Dog even turned her nose up at the burger meat!

Horrible support, I signed up with Google method, then like 2weeks later was signed out the app for some reason, didn't remember which method I used so I used email option with the same email set for Google sign in method, and I be locked out, spent 6days already with customer care, I do what they say, and I'm still locked out, and they repeat the same advice 3times, and they dont get my issue, they thinks its my phone, or app, like nah its my account login method, there's 2 with same email smh

Quality of McDonald's isn't way down. I called in and reported one McDonald's. They were supposed to replace my meal and send certificates through the mail for those meals. It's been over a month. Have not received the coupons

I live in hobe sound fl. The McDonald’s near me has had too many issues with
Product & icecream. Always Oreo machine broken or frappe down or out of whip cream or out of all of it CONSTANTLY! I think you need to take them off your menu, Obviously you don’t care if you loose the sales from these items! I think Employees are to lazy to make them or too busy so they make up lame excuse because they’re different everyday! I’ll go to Wendy’s for ice cream products their never out or broken. I guess that Corporation is smarter about not losing $$$.

I can't get my money back from an order that I didn't even receive. They won't even respond to the feedback that I'm leaving inside the contact us portion of the and I actually have a case number.

The chicken sandwich on 183rd and 27th Ave.in Miami Gardens. My chicken sandwich was flat like a pancake. I didn’t have no meat in it. It was flat. Never eaten at McDonald’s again the worker’s there is no good because if they see the chicken sandwich was flat like that it could’ve throw it in the garbage but they still give it to you anyway

The worker lady she’s Caucasian yelled at me over a water cup, this happened on socrum loop.very unprofessional and very rude.she needs to be fired no one should speak to customers that way especially over something so unimportant.there was also hair in my sisters dipping sauce (she has cancer btw) she has no hair so it’s not from her.

At the McDonald’s just saw the interstate on Alexander. I have been sitting here for over 30 minutes since I ordered and have only moved up three car links and that is simply because people got tired of waiting and left. This is absolutely ridiculous. And all the calls earlier I was here and got my supper and they didn’t give me my Apple pie that I ordered.

Exit 14 off I-4 in FL.service was good BUT the customer area was dirty and littered. So was the men's bathroom.

At the McDonald’s on 92 and Berkeley I went to pickup a DoorDash, waited 15 minutes and when I spoke up I was told by the manager to talk to God. As a result I will not pickup at McDonald’s any more DoorDash or not. Black female with dreads. This is unacceptable the DoorDash is supposed to be ready when I get there and the attitude was uncalled for.

McDonald’s on 58th and 60 Vero beach Florida has no one in the drive thru and they refuse to let you inside. All the workers are sitting in the dining area refusing to make food.

There is no one to contact and when I filed a complaint they thanked me for something I deleted the email you have the worst advertisement ever
