McFall did a great job. On time and cleaned up everything. The office staff were also responsive and took care of all my requests.

McFall Roofing was the clear winner during the selection process providing the longest warranty, high quality products, quick response times, and strong references. As an extra bonus they were the lowest bid. The roof was installed in three days and looks beautiful. They also left the job site clean and agreed to repair some damaged pavers at no cost. The free wind mitigation inspection was also a plus. Michael and Roy were both very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this company.

McFall Residential Roofing recently re-roofed my home in Gainesville, FL! They did a fantastic job. Michael was quick to get me an estimate (same day). They were able to fit me into their schedule a few days later and completed my entire roof in 1 day. The crew worked tirelessly. I'm very pleased with the results and it's going to save me over $1,000/yr on my homeowner's insurance. Working with contractors isn't usually an enjoyable experience but the McFall team far exceeded my expectations. I haven't had that smooth of an experience with a contractor, maybe ever. I highly recommend them!

I would give zero stars if that were an option. Do not use Mcfall Roofing. Where do I even start? They are eager to get the deposit money. Once you pay your deposit money, good luck! No only did I have to hound them to even start the work after 2 or more excuses about them not being able to do the work because it might rain. Boy, let me tell you when they finally started the job it was excuse after excuse not to get the rough inspection to get to the final roofing, excuse after excuse after excuse. They lied about the back porch facia board not having a proper facia "just painted wood. " They did not want to come out there to fix it properly had to withhold money to get the back porch facia fixed properly. But don't worry they will get you back charging $700 plus for supposed "extra materials and labor". All around unprofessional, save yourself the Hassel and find someone else who wants to do the work, do it propelry and not take advantage because you were right and they were wrong and did not want to take the time to drive back to the job. Bonus fact I had to supply proof in pictures to get them to fix the back porch facia. Then they still wanted to act like I'm wrong, no I live there I know what the back porch and roof area looked like before they were hired. I could keep going, use them at your own risk.

We had our roof replaced by McFall Roofing last week. I can’t say enough about their professional and thoughtful workmanship. I couldn’t be anymore pleased with the outcome, too. Such a pleasure dealing with people that take real
pride in their work and care about their customers. True professionals.

I wish I could give McFall Residential Roofing MORE than 5 stars! They did an absolutely STELLAR job - from the time Jesse came out to give us a quote all the way through the roof job getting done and inspected - the process was smooth and professional. We especially loved that they checked the worksite every day for nails. The roof looks fabulous. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Roofers were on time and were very professional. Clean-up was complete - we haven't found one nail! Pressure wash on the driveway was complete. Everyone we worked with was accommodating and met our requests. First class operation!

Had our roof replaced recently by McFall Residential Roofing and they did an excellent job. We have a high, steep roof with gutters and some wood rot that needed replacing. They fixed everything, did the job at a reasonable price and cleaned up afterwards. They went out of their way to accommodate us on some extra things. The McFall Roofing Team was terrific: Organized from the start of the 4-day reroof work, everything was carefully explained including easy to understand brochures about "what to expect", and the workmanship was steady and consistently well done. The crew, headed by Levin Briones, was prompt with an early workday, always pleasant and respectful of our questions and everyone was highly professional. Add to the above, the McFall Teams' emphasis to keep our surrounding home site clean at the end of each day, and their considerable effort to not damage grass, bushes and trees! And, there was a strong recognition throughout the 4-days to "protect" the integrity of our driveway.
In addition, it was appreciated that the site Manager, Roy Keene, and the company owner, Michael McFall, were readily available to discuss questions of interest about the business of roofing. All in all, the McFall Team exhibited a high standard of excellence for our 18-year old house's need for a new roof.
