I brought my 2023 XC90 Recharge in for 10,000 mile service and foldaway tow bar.service advisor Jace was my contact person when I came to pick up vehicle bumper was hacked and visible destroyed along with dent in rear driver side fender. Jace advisor tried to say bumper needs to be cut which was incorrect. Service manager Andrew contacted me to confirm they would replace bumper and fix dent. That occurred 2 weeks later only to pick up vehicle again bumper repaired walked out to car with Jace service advisor. Viewed car asked if tow bar now works pushed button only to see it didn't deploy properly because bumper wasn't cut out properly. Jace stated he didn't check. Imagine you bring in initially for fold away tow bar bumper is damaged and when it's corrected they never checked to see if worked properly before given to owner. I told Jace I would cut out bumper myself that I could not believe this. Andrew service manager was left messages never returned my calls pictures were sent to Jace my experience at McGrath Volvo simply Sucked! Right to left pictures represent cut out by tech which ruined bumper other two are my photos of me modifying bumper at my home which McGrath was paid to do not to mention me being inconvenienced. Call me because your service department doesn't answer their phones

Had an amazing experience at this Volvo dealership. My family and I keep coming back because of the outstanding quality and support from the team throughout the whole process. It was a seamless process. They helped me trade in my vehicle at a fair price and sold me my dream vehicle for a fair price. Worked with me on the price a little bit. Will definitely be back.

On September 27th, my brother purchased a used Ram 3500 truck. Not even 1 hour after the purchase the tire blew out, he hurt his knee trying to get control of the vehicle. It knocked the front left headlight out, made the bumper loose and knocked sensors loose. He took pictures of the tire which was dry rotted and not safe at all. The dealership has been telling him that he's responsible to pay for the repairs and even insinuated that he may have caused the damage. My brother is a very safe driver and was scammed by this dealership. Now he's going to have to sue bc they already have the money for the truck which wasn't even cleaned out from the previous owner at the time of purchase. Please be careful purchasing a vehicle from this lot.

Added almost 3000.00 in hidden fees to the advertised price. Then, after admitting one car was going to auction because it was a mess, a different salesperson tried to sell it to us!

I left my car at the dealership 2017 Chevrolet camaro a month ago for AC problems and they told me I needed a new compressor, they charged me about $1,800 for labor and a "new compressor. " Everything was fine but not even a month later I had the same problem with the AC and I took it back under the compressor warranty but to my surprise it turned out to be the thermostat. My car has been there for more than 6 days every time I call they tell me that they will call me back and they never do, today my uncle went in person and they told him it was ready and when he started the car the AC still didn't work everything was still the same My uncle asked to speak to the technician but they told him that he had already left at 4: 15 pm. So I left it there again hoping that they would return it to me soon and fixed it because they didn't charge me anything cheap.

BUYERS BEWARE. THIS DEALERSHIP IN MY OPINION WILL SCAM YOU IF THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT. I located a vehicle at this dealership online and called and confirmed its availability and details. I drove an hour each way and when I showed up, the vehicle had 20% more miles (about a thousand miles) than it had been advertised to have. Worse still, I verified three times with the dealership before driving there that the car had had no prior damage, but found out later that the vehicle had previously had substantial damage and a bad repaint job. I took delivery in the rain, so the several bad paint runs looked more like water and were not obvious until the vehicle dried the next day. There's no way the detailed department could have possibly missed these paint runs and there was even masking tape with paint on it on the vehicle. It's possible that the dealership themselves damage the vehicle and repainted it. I called them immediately the next morning and they didn't even deny knowing that the vehicle had damage but they refused to do anything about it. Essentially they told me that because I had already signed the paperwork, they got me and there's nothing I could do about it. The GM refused to even pick up the phone after numerous calls but only sent me messages through sales people. This was a $75,000 vehicle. Save yourself trouble and stay far away from this dealer. They claim to be family oriented, but I've never been scammed like this at a dealership before this one. I'm in the process of trying to contact the state attorney and the office of the attorney general of the state of Florida to investigate this dealer.

Recently purchased from the McGrath dealership and I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Stiles! He has made the deal extremely easy and by far one of the best deals I’ve had at a dealer! Thank you again I will be recommending these dealerships to many family and friends! Ask for Mr. Stiles -thank you!

I purchased a used 2019 Ford F350 Super Duty from McGrath Volvo of Fort Meyers in July.

5 days later, it was in the shop for busted fuel injectors.it took 30-40 days to get it repaired since it was a deleted truck, which is illegal for a dealership to sell in the State of Florida.

The diesel experts strongly emphasize that the dealership should not have sold us this truck under any circumstances. The failure was clearly caused by inadequate after-market installations. These knowledgeable professionals advised the dealership to take responsibility for the damages, which amounted to approximately $30,000. Surprisingly, the dealership flatly rejected our concerns and refused to address the issue.

Walked around the lot for 25 minutes. No One said a peep. Was gonna look at the two ZL1s on site. Unfortunately no one came out to ask me if I wanted help. Little do they know a real customer was walking the lot. Cars had a ton of damage for the price they were asking anyways. Better deals all around town. I doubt the manager would even contact me to try and Cut me a deal. I would’ve been trading in my low mileage sought after 5th gen 2SS. Oh well.

Luke at this dealership is the best car salesperson I have ever worked with. Previously I rushed into the dealership at the end of August looking for some month end deals. Within one hour, Luke was able to offer me a lease deal with a price that I just couldn’t say no to. However, the xc40 inventory was unsatisfactory at the time and I was on the fence. Two weeks later, after understanding all my needs, Luke offered me my dream car with an even better deal than last time. I came in the next day and left with my dream car in an hour. If you are looking for a Volvo, I would say wait no more and talk to Luke.

Horrible customer service and management has been no existent. They do not call you back once you leave a message. Don't waste your time and money at this facility.the worst dealership I've had the opportunity to any correspondence with.

This facility did not help my situation. Car broke within 4 days and no one to help after money exchanged hands. Thankfully other dealerships helped. No customer service was given and no help to fix the issue. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
