Atmosphere could use fly deterant and the fans are nice. Over all good place for Breakfast and lunch

Atmosphere is great, service is on point, but was disappointed in the coffee choice and food was ok.

McGregor Cafe is always a breakfast or brunch favorite with a setting that is delightful. Sit under a beautiful banyan tree and experience authentic old Florida al fresco dining. Everything is excellent, but trust me just get the quiche!

The server was so informative, polite, quick with serving, food was hot and yes she smiled and smiled, thank you!

The quality of the food has gone down. My omelet was dry and the corned beef hash had an unusual spice that wasn't good - NOT like it use to be.

If you love quiche this is the place to go. Even if you arrive for lunch ask if they have their quiche which is different every week. This is a great place for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Their staff is attentive and have great suggestions.

Outdoor seating is the best! Food was good a bit salty for our tast. And I like salty foods.

One our favorite lunch spots in Fort Myers. We've been going here for many years. The menu has a nice variety and the food is consistently delicious. Highly recommend.

This place is a Gem! The Food, the Service is so beyond wonderful. And the indoor nice, but if you can, get an outside table under the amazing old oak. If I could give this restaurant TEN STARS, I would.

Terrible experience. I was hopeful I'd found a nice little place. Cute set up but the service and prices were lacking.
I ordered a side of French toast for my son, and was given a single slice of French toast. The issue is I was charged $7 dollars for it. A single slice, for 7 bucks is unheard of. When I brought this to the server, their response was apathy.
Additionally, the hash browns were an oily mess of half cooked potatoes and my wife's poached egg was overcooked.

I was excited id found a new place but after this first experience I will never return.

Such a great environment especially if you sit outside. The staff is excellent! They are friendly and all work together as a team!
