Vanessa, Client Advisor at MCM Aventura Mall is AMAZING. She went above and beyond to make sure my first purchase experience with MCM was a great one. I saw the checkerboard crossbody bag in Las Vegas last November. It went on sale and then MCM did an extra 20% off sale items for Memorial Day. HOWEVER, that was the ONLY checkboard item no longer available. I contacted MCM and they said they were sold out everywhere, and that's when I called around. Orlando didn't have it, but Miami did! Vanessa texted me photos and I paid via secure payment. She boxed it up and shipped it quickly! Vanessa went above and beyond, and I really appreciate her professionalism! Thank you, Vanessa!

The staff is young but they are all very polite. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and they offered me water and eventually I made great conversation!

I went with my husband and They helped me with my bag and matching sandals and I even bought a perfume kit for a gift!

Came to this MCM for a bag for Mother’s Day and the lady told me they had slides on sale for 150 and 140 I got both when I get home to look at my receipt the guy who rung me up charged me full price I will never recommend this MCM to anyone. I wish I had watched him ring my items up but he was whispering to the lady who assisted me.very rude. I hate when people lie to get sales. It kills me.if I really like something I will buy it I came all the way from pompano to shop here never again…. I don’t do lairs

Hannah is truly a gem! This is my third or fourth time shopping with her. She was knowledgeable about the product and very accommodating. She made this shopping experience effortless and enjoyable, just like all the others!

Brendon is the best. That’s the guy that u want to go to for VIP treatment. The other employee’s outside of the guy with the black hair seemed miserable.

One of the girls kept pacing back and forth with a very angry look on her face. She was obviously upset about something and her vibe was just mean and nasty.
Every time a looked up she was giving me a dirty look but when I caught her turning her nose up at me she would give a fake smile while trying to be nice. Lol
It was just weird!
Brendon was extremely helpful the entire time. He told me everything that I needed to know and answered all of my questions and then some.
I was initially going to pay with Klarna but my card was having problems on the app, due to my bank cutting it off. He was soooo nice, professional and patient while I litterly made a fool of myself with my dog.

I’m sure that we provided plenty for of entertainment while we were there. Plus it was nice to get out of the house. I decided to just pay for my bag all up front once my card got turned back on. I ended up walking out of there very happy with my purchase.
I would go there again as long as brendon is available to help. Everyone else can go to hell.

Terrible service! I have received way better customer service and care from MCM online. I purchased a bag that was not at the store, that needed to be ordered. What a mission to even get some proper communication! Never did I receive any tracking information about my delivery, I called the store 3 times to inquire about my merchandise and the manager couldn’t even properly answer my questions. He just apologized. Wasted 2 days waiting at home for a delivery that required a signature- due to the lack of communication from the sales associate at this particular MCM store. It’s a joke! I will never buy anything from this location. When I received my bag finally- it was packaged horribly! Bag was clearly in hot conditions, it had dents in the leather. Just terrible.
