Very unprofessional company. Called my mom, who is 76 years old, as a marketing call. They send a technician to provide a quote to fix the irrigation system. Tech provided a quote for $690. My mom declined it and got it fixed by another company for $150. They sent my mom an invoice for $100 for maintenance, which they didn't do. Then they turned the $100 collection over to American Profit Recovery collection agency that is hounding my mother. Support elderly people and DON'T USE THIS PREDITORY COMPANY.

I've just started working for the company, and I'm very interested in learning more.

I contracted McMasters at the end of May 2021. My technician, Brad, spent a lot of time on my yard on the first visit. He provided me with all the information I requested with regard to what he had done to my yard. It was in really bad shape. I have two types of grasses: Bermuda and Zoysia. The Bermuda was established, but 1/2 of the Zoysia had been in for only a month. I left to go on a one month road trip. The office sent me pictures and a report at the three week mark. I returned home yesterday to find my grass the greenest and healthiest it has been since I first installed it as sod. Areas that were diseased had filled in - green and healthy. One troubled area that suffers from web worms is slowly responding and being rejuvenated. Brad has done a great job. The office staff has been very responsive and helpful. I cannot thank them all enough. I have tried DYI products but they can't compare to the personalized service. We're working on the weeds now. The yard has come a long way. I don't need to think about installing artificial turf any longer.

After purchasing my Home I was not Educated on the existing Sprinkler System or how to maintan the Front Lawn. I contacted McMaster and they sent out Garret, who explained and educated me on the sprinkler system and the the correct way to Mow this Lawn. Shawn, then came out and lowered the Sprinkler heads. Great Price, Great Customer Service, Great Education. Thank You

I would highly recommend McMaster Lawn and Pest Services. They provide an excellent service at a great value and are always on-time.

I would have rated this business higher, because they did give me a next day appointment and quality work, except for the major hassle of reaching their office. They appear to use some kind of answering service that you must constantly be filtered through. The customer is required to always wait for a call back, and if you miss the call, you must start the process again and hope you hear from them on their time. Simple requests that were unfulfilled (like in my case, an emailed invoice) that normally require a follow up or two for clarification then become a major dissatisfier. I am disappointed to have to permanently end my business with them on a frustrated note when they were off to a good start.

Great service and very personable guys, quick and professional sprinkler installation. Highly recommended!

Would not recommend, they only have one staff member working in field, very unprofessional don't keep appointments they setup and all they offer as an apology after happening twice is to continue to reschedule. Systems are not well in place after new change that recently happened.

Have to chase to get service and for $125 it looks like garbage.

Consistently have to pull weeds which makes paying for a service pointless. I have had them for a year now. When Andrew comes out the yard looks fine but they consistently send someone else that either does not know what they are doing or does not understand what spray flowerbeds and mulched areas means. It gets frustrating having to have multiple service calls just to fix something that should have been done right the first time. I have a side yard that has never been treated for the entire year of paid service. I left the mulched areas near the house and under the citrus and peach tree grow just to show them that they do not listen. I asked them to contact me two days ago with no response this same thing happened two months ago and took weeks to fix but it was eventually fixed by Andrew so I took my negative review down (which was a mistake). It took him three visits to get the yard looking decent after a year of this other guy. They apparently see no problem sending this lesser service to my house and my yard has paid for it. All I wanted was treated flowerbeds and lawn treatment but they cant seem to be consistent enough to make that happen. The amount of people in Southern Pines that have this service based on word of mouth is crazy they must have gotten lazy once I signed with them.
