Dropped off 7 shirts on Monday to be altered. All 7 were completed perfectly by Thursday. I highly recommend.

BEWARE! They messed up $325 of merchandise I been going here for 7 years. I will find another cleaners I trust with my delicate wear. The manager was very apologetic. & all but giving 3 trys to fix the problem was awful still wasn't right & didn't even offer a refund I just gave them $45 for FREE BEWARE

I don't use this location but I think the driver for the company works at this one. The driver of van 10 is a reckless, brake checked multiple, switching multiple lanes with out signal, and flicking people of is is not a professional at all. The vin is CTCM96

Rude customer service. Very dismissive and not friendly. Seemed to be having a bad morning, no smiles, no greeting, just we can't help you with a nasty stare and then dismissively looked away looked away. Didn't even asked what I needed before saying the can't help me.

I have yet to post a review for a Dry Cleaner business, this is the 1st, with very good reason:
$98 blouse, HOT WAX from a wax warmer too close to my closet spilled on my beautiful blouse. In DARK PURPLE, no less! Hung in my office for 3+ weeks, heartbroken at the thought of disposing of it, convinced it was irreparably damaged. Just for giggles, I dropped it off at McNatts on N. Dale Mabry along with a silk jacket & blouse. I explained to my lovely drive through associate, "give it a go, it's going in the trash anyeay! "
LOOK AT THE PICTURE OF MY BLOUSE! I can't remember what side the wax spilled on and there is ZERO INDICATION it was ever there! Thank you, McNatts. You are truly THE BEST IN YOUR INDUSTRY!

The employees always mae u feel welcome and they give u a good vibe and they really respectful

Came in and confirmed same day service. They lost my clothes. Turned out they were mislabeled by the employee. No apologies or discounts given for the inconvenience of having to come back the next day

I took my Patrick Mahomes jersey that I’ve never wore I got I back with black stains on it. So they wanted to make right by cleaning it again. I got it back
With the same stains on it. Like I said before I NEVER WORE IT so you can imagine how I felt

I have had multiple experiences at this place that were far from satisfactory. Three months ago I bought three brand new shirts and wore them for a week. I brought them here to be dry cleaned and when I got them back they had blue ink on all of the collars. I do not own many dress shirts and needed these for work the next week. Not wanting to wear shirts with blue ink on the collar I went out and bought three more. When I came back to get the others the collars were severely wrinkled and blue ink was still on one of them.

The lady behind the counter offered to either redo them or refund me but not both. And had a terrible attitude about it.

Then this week I brought them a suit to dry clean hoping my experience would be different this time. Other people had recommended them so I figured I would give them another chance.

My suit pants are permanently shrunk and have three separate pleats in them.

Learned my lesson.

I have been dealing with this particular location only for over 30 years, they never disappoint Nita was Professional and Courteous she answered my questions and was on point about the clothing and when I could pick them up.

New black lady always seems to have an attitude. Not used to that.also they've been hard on buttons lately. But their finish is still the best. So I'll be back.

Make sure you read the reviews thoroughly before you take your garments to this specific McNatts’s. The employees are friendly and polite, but they were not on time with my dry cleaning. I had to come back 2-3 times and each time my whites were not finished.

* the pricing is also sketchy too. Some of my buttoned shirts were up charged as “pullovers”

Long story short, they rushed the order which resulted in destroying 2 of my items. No refund on those items or a sorry.all the manager could offer me was a blank stare and say, “ we kept it a little longer, this is the best we could do” and “was that there before? ”

I politely asked for my stuff back and left. I don’t even write to many reviews, but I’m disappointed that they didn’t hold themselves accountable. I’m really frustrated, but it is what it is. You’ve been warned.

I should've read the reviews here first before using them. Just read a review from a user, she had a similar problem 6 months ago. I brought my 4 brand new panels of white linen drapery from RH to be pressed because they were wrinkled when came from the store, 3 of them had to be redone right away because they were stained, the one we brought back home first was fine, no shrinkage and no stains. Brought the other 3 back home today only to find out that they're all stained and burnt and also 2 of them shrunk, how's that possible? Same fabric, same cleaning process? How can 2 shrink so much and 2 don't? Result: 3 panels that were brand new, now completely ruined! I want my $1200 back! Worst place ever!

Extremely unprofessional which is disappointing because this is the closest dry cleaners to my house. I just moved into the area and I use a lot of dry cleaning service. Unfortunately I will have to go out of my way to find a place that has a more professional setting. As much money as I spend on dry cleaning my 1st experience even just walking in the door was not a good one so I did not use their services and would not recommend

Please adjust your hours on Google / Apple Maps etc if you are no longer open until 5 on Saturday. Drove to your location today at 16027 Tampa Palms Blvd to arrive by 4: 45 and a hand written sign was taped on the door showing new closing time of 4pm. (Yet the open sign was on and lit up?)

You do a fine job dry cleaning but when you inconvenience customers by not sticking to regular business hours it doesn’t help!

Great place! My best friend past away and I needed my suit cleaned. The family wanted to have the service as soon as possible. For that was his wish. Living in Land O Lakes I spent most of my day on Saturday trying to find a cleaner in my area to have it done by Monday morning. Offering to pay extra had no luck. After calling every cleaner in Land O Lakes, Oddessa, Wesley Chapel. So I began calling palaces in Tampa. When finally called McNatt's, they were more then willing to help me. Picked up my suit at 9: 30 Monday morning. And made the service by 11. THANK YOU for doing something that seemed impossible.

My new FAVORITE cleaners! Just moved to this area and this place is fantastic! I had two Tommy Hilfiger sweaters with grease stains that I could not get out. THEY ARE LIKE NEW! Thank you McNatt's and thank you Erin!
