MD Now Urgent Care, North Miami FL

At 5am I easily scheduled a Covid test online.
I biked to the location where there was lots parking for cars and some poles to lock up bikes.
Staff was very pleasant and helpful from the minute I walked in.
Facility was clean and there was ample seating.
Was out in 10 minutes with a very positive vibe.
Making an appointment allows for less wait time.
Highly recommend.

Yesterday I went to this location because my blood pressure when up.

Let me tell you front the person in the front desk to the personal working in the back are amazing people. They treat me with kindness and they help me in less the one hour. They make my exams and they give me the right medicine for my problem with stress and my high blood pressure.

Ohh and the best of the best is the Doctor, he was soooo kind and he listened all my concerns. I love him.

I saw Joelle colon during my last visit, and WOW. She was so professional and knowledgeable! She was super quick to identify the problem but didn’t make me feel like she was rushing me. She was extremely efficient and she is the only reason I will continue to go back to Md now. Highly recommend!

This is the best location I have been at! Dr. Eberheart is so incredible and helpful. I went to several doctors and they were unable to help me out figure an issue within myself. I met Dr. Eberheart and he was able to figure out my issue. This location’s staff is friendly and it’s never a long wait! Coming here is a great decision to make!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, THEY DO NOT DO ANYTHING, ALL THEY CARE IS ABOUT THE MONEY, VERY UNPERSONAL SERVICE. IN ADDITION, THIS PLACE SMELLS REALLY BAD.

I feel like the doctors in this place are just all the rejects that cannot work elsewhere and from other countries most of them can barely speak English.

MD Now Urgent Care is quick and professional. They do their best to have you in and out in an hour. The staff is friendly.

I was there yesterday 03/26/19 the place is kept very clean, front desk staff very courteous. Unfortunately I can't say the same of the nurse Mark Bateman, he is not very helpful and needs to be better trained how not to be so apathetic, people go there not feeling well not for pleasure, instead he made my daughter and I very uncomfortable as he has never seen an overweight person before, in addition when I asked him for a Doctor's note he was reluctant on asking the Dr in charge to issue one. Although he might be very knowledgeable of his duties his attitude was not the very best nor how I expected to be treated. I hope management is able to investigate a bit further so he can improve on his actions.

Tried to get appointment on-line but the system did not work despite a "Conformed" indication. However, the line was short and the receptionist guided me to the 8: 45A appointment since I had 20 minutes to spare. Staff and Dr appeared confident and helpful despite probably a 15 minute wait for Dr. He assessed my problems and provided prescriptions for my symptoms. Happy so far.

Excelente facility who is manage professionally, the staff is very friendly, I used the service before through my family and the experience is always pleasant. Not your típical emergency care at the hospital.

Very clean office. Very dissatisfied after ready other great reviews. The doctor came in the greet me & that was it. She didn't even come to review my x-rays with me. The nurse came back with verbal results and no viewing of the x-rays, put in a prescription and discharged me. This was not the experience I was expecting after reading such wonderful reviews about this urgent care center.

Every thing was nice and clean staff were efficient and friendly.felt right at home.i called a fews places before i decided which urgent care to go and it was the warmth and politeness in the gentleman's voice of whom i spoke with initially (reception area), why i went and i was not disappointed.thanks guys! Cant remember the name of my consultant whom i saw better the doctor but thank to you too!

I walked in late afternoon yesterday, for back X-rays. The process took over an hour, but I was treated with respect by professional medical staff. Facility is very clean, and I left with a CD of X-rays, feeling I was on the road to recovery!

I went there because I had a sharp stabbing pain in my ankle. They gave me ibuprofen and sent me home. I was not even examined.
I will now have to go to a real doctors office to find out whats wrong.
MD Now Urgent Care was a huge waste of time!

In and out quickly, close to home, office staff on point, Dr. 's actually answer your questions without rushing you out and of course the Dr. 's are knowledgeable.

This is the best Urgent Care I've ever been to and now I won't go anywhere else. Neither technology nor cleanliness were lost here. I have to admit, I was skeptical of a walk in clinic on 42nd btw 8th and 9th but I was pleasantly surprised! I showed up at 9: 15pm and was out of there by 9: 45p with a prescription for my tonsillitis. The staff is efficient and polite and both the doctor and the nurse had the most wonderful bedside manner. I could not recommend this place enough!
