MD Now Urgent Care, Miami FL

Had me waiting 5 days for a lab result, called them and then they notified to me that I had to go back to do another test since the lab didn’t have the prior. WTH? Save your time/Money and go to a professional facility since this place is a CIRCUS.

In and out quick, exactly what I needed. Some staff may not be the friendliest but that’s everywhere in the world.

Just got a bill from a lab that they use. I payed for the labs at the location in December 2022. Now I receive a bill from a lab with same items i paid at the urgent care

Came in after a was knocked unconscious with multiple face and head lacerations. Doctor in 2 mins looked at me and said i need to get a CT scan from the hospital. Did nothing for my head injury, face injury, headache. Absolutely useless doctor who works here. So unfortunately that’s guilty by association.

I went to this urgent care, because of the location and this is my second time here. The place is clean, the wait is fine and the Doctor who assist me is very respectful and polite Dr. Saddiqi d for that reason I gave it 2 stars, it could have been 5 but 1 of your staff ruined my visit her name is Ms. Paul the nurse who did my COVID test, and blood pressure, she’s not nice at all, I was there before for COVID test the first one who did it was very gentle and respectful doing the swab, this Ms. Paul from the time she getting my info I know she have attitude, she so rough knowing that I went there because of nosebleed as well, she carelessly and roughly did the swab without considering my issue. You can tell that she is not happy with her job. After my consultation with the doctor, I happened to see Ms. Paul again when she deliver the prescription, I politely asked her name and she rudely answer why? What did I do to you, then she hurriedly walk out the door pretending someone’s calling her. She knows why I asked for her name. Luckily I was able to find out her name.

We waited 10 minutes for someone to show up. Once they showed up, we were told we had to wait another hour because they were on a break and they couldn't register us to see the doctor. How is this possible? Not to mention how rude the person was and told us it was not her problem and to go to another urgent care. Horrible service and not an "urgent" "care"

Came in first (opens at 8am), we were 2 people total, waited more than 30 minutes just for the doctor and the nurses to come into the office. Then after the nurse check up, waited another 20 minutes for the doctor to come in (he was pretty nice), unprofessional clinic that don’t respect others people time… not really nice staff.

Really long wait. 2 1/2 hours with 4 people ahead of me. Dr. Was very helpful and kind. I think MD ow is understaffed.

MD Now offers telemedicine but two times I have sought treatment and they did not have any telemedicine personnel available.

The last two times I have been at this urgent care I ended up in the hospital emergency room the same day. Not only is the wait time super long, but the way the providers give diagnoses is very mickey mouse. Safe your time and go to the hospital, or one of the urgent cares of baptist or jackson!

Horrible experience! Was in huge back pain while the person at the front desk was telling me that the doctor is on brake and she doesn’t know when she will be back!

VeryRUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU IN PAIN FOR HOURS DONT ADDRESS HAVE ATTITUDES AND SLICK MOUTH THEY DO NOT HELP

Avoid this place at any cost! The staff is super ride. The wait is always 2 1/2. They only seem to have 1 doctor. This location is always busy. They shouldn’t be open for business. People having to wait all that time with a lot of pain. They need more doctors. If you want to leave they won’t refund your money! Crazy!

They literally can’t even answer the phone. Tried twice. Waited 15 min and then hung up on. This place is pathetic

ITS A DISGRACE, URGENT CARE SUPPOSE TO BE URGENT THESE WORKERS SIT AROUND ON PHONES AND IGNORE YOUR PAIN AND ISSUES! Then I’ll let you know that when you get here is only one talk didn’t want assistant so you’re gonna be here all day I never dealt with a place like this. I didn’t know that there was the closest one to my house.that’s where I went. I suggest anybody is looking up here do not go here you guys fast ways to go. Your life will be in danger if you come! The lady at the front desk is rude and don’t care about people they make you pay out of pocket just to have you sitting in pain for hours
