Friendly front desk staff, fast & friendly service from MA & NP. I’m from out of state and this was the easiest urgent care visit i’ve ever experienced.

From check in to triage to the doctor everyone was nice and knowledgeable. Thank you for not having patients wait hours. I’m definitely coming back if I ever need to. They also have cold bottled water you don’t see that everyday in urgent cares thank you so much for caring.

Medical staff does not answer your questions, does not check your medical history and starts acting condescendent when asked about it.
And they cannot send the prescription to the pharmacy! Only nice person was the clerical, but there's not much they can do.
Do not recommend this place

We came to this center and the attention provided by George was very professional and helpful, as all the staff that took care of us in a timely manner, we are very grateful

I asked Sasha to do a strep test and she said my glands were swollen due to the flu, without even looking in the throat. Went the next day, and I tested positive. True, rare, but a case of listening to the patient.

Came in at 5: 55 on my 12th day of respiratory infection, empty waiting room. It filled up after I checked in, and I could not believe it as patient after patient was taken to the treatment rooms before me. Spoke to the front desk after observing the first one, thinking I had missed being called. Was advised they ‘were here before you. ’ Not true, but I quietly sat down until yet another one who came in a full 15 minutes after me was also called in. No, these were not more dire circumstances. I heard them each check in. Not sure why the rude, inconsiderate treatment of someone with pneumonia symptoms (me), but recommend you go anywhere else to avoid this.

This is a great MD Now location. Very clean and attentive. Sylvia at the front desk specially stood out. She’s hospitable, sweet and helpful. Can’t think of a better MD Now location in Miami!

Sylvia was amazing and very compassive she was really worried for me and she makes me feel really sure that I was in the perfect place to get the service needed actually she was giving training to a co- worker and she was very nice to him. You can see there a good team work.

My daughter Karina Cortes went to Md Urgent Care this morning. They were understaff, she was feeling ill and throwing up with chills, they did not do a covid test or flu test, the doctor told her she had a stomach bug. Then she asked for a bag to throw up and told her just to throw up in the trash can. I as her mother was very upset. Will not recommend this place to anyone.very unproffesiinal.

Kenny, what can I say you were absolutely amazing. The positive attitude you have and that energy. Now that is what makes people feel welcomes and very comfortable. Loved it and thank you MD crew for great customer service

Stay away from this place. They are called MD Now but when I went 10-01-22 no doctor came to see me. Only a nurse practitioner. I went for day 6 of sore throat and day 2 of conjuntivitis.
Totally missed the diagnosis of Strep Throat I just got it two days later at Baptist Hospital Urgent Care.
MD now did nothing. At Baptist they administered me a swab test for strep throat which came back positive.
MD now could have done the same instead of dismissing this symptom.

If I could give no stars I would. I have been sitting here (blood pressure already taken) in the exam room since 1: 15, it is now 2: 10 and I am yet to see a doctor. I even opened the door so they could walk passed and see me impatiently waiting - didn’t do a thing. There is one other patient here so it’s not busy. This place is a joke. 0/10 do not go here - find another urgent care.

Front desk and the MA were nice but this is probably the WORST experience I’ve had with a Doctor (Dr. Yoo). He came in before any of my vitals were even taken and didn’t give me a chance to address my concerns or to ask any questions and didn’t ask anything about my medical history or even give me time to let me explain it to the MA. Visit was super rushed, It was in and out and not in a good way. I was in the room for barely 5 minutes. I spent more time signing my consent forms than the amount of time I was seen. This is very disappointing and I’m confused as to what steps to even take after my visit because I am unsure of the diagnosis I received from Dr. Yoo. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I brought my son back in January 2022 and was impressed by the staff and location and was relieved that I found a good urgent care that takes my son’s insurance. HOWEVER i went yesterday and today Dr. Too left a very bad taste and am very disappointed by his bedside manner and his conclusions for my son. He basically dismissed him the first day, saying to come back the next day if his symptoms were worse. The second day he wouldn’t let me accompany him again dismissed his symptoms again even though he’s continue with high fevers, worsening soar through and back pain. I hope this comment can help the service. On the other hand, the person at the front desk Freddy was very attentive and responsive.
