MD Now Urgent Care - Cypress Creek, Fort Lauderdale

Wait time was good service was out standing and the medication they gave me took care of my problem.

The staff was welcoming, efficient, and caring. The office was clean and new. The tech was friendly and kind. The practitioner was kind and took great care to care for my wound. I will go there again and tell friends of my experience.

Was there for 1.5 hrs. In att 10: 45 am finally gave up at 12: 30. There were 3 people waiting when i entered. Have no idea what was taking soo long. Receptionist was very nice that’s why 2 stars

Worst place. Front Desk person is rude. I have a 80% coinsurance and had meet the deductible for my family ($1800), but the lady said I could not been seen if she could not collected $183 (the full price of the visit), even after I explain that I should be paying only 20% of that, like every place I use my insurance. You better go to a CVS clinic or any other place, this one only think about money, not care. I had to left the place, without have been seen.

Doctor and staff members were very friendly, professional, patient, and thorough. I would recommend this to anyone.

This is the worst urgent care, we waited almost 2 hours when the place is empty. My dad is an elderly person so long wait makes him antsy, he ask why the wait is so long, the staff rudely said you're not the only patient. Worst experience ever.

I received outstanding care today from the female doctor at this location. She did a thorough examination and provided me with confirmation of my diagnosis of swimmers ear. This clinic is very clean, friendly staff and well organized.

Quick and efficient service! My favorite Urgent Care (not that there's anything pleasant about having to go to Urgent Care). Their staff is ALWAYS amazing and very friendly!

Saw a doctor very fast maybe I'll just lucky not crowded. Doctor was very pleasant My issue was taken care of right medicine symptoms are relieved within a few days

My visit to MD Urgent Care went well. I had a bit of a wait but the doctor who examined me was thorough and kind! I can’t wait to feel better! I’d definitely go back again if I needed to!

As long as you pre-register for your sign in the process goes quickly smoothly. Staff is all friendly.
