MD Now Urgent Care - West Tamarac

Dr. RGelines MD has been great in explaining the medication I need for my symptoms. Nathalie MA was patient with me when checking my health. Overall, I had a smooth and pleasant experience.

They really showed care for me while I am very ill today. They dealt with my issue with good professionalism.

Good morning, it was a pleasure to be seen by Dr Patrick Kobler and his staff today. The registration process was smooth and the assessment by the nurse was timely and professional. Dr Kobler was excellent. He was professional
thorough and put me at ease. He
explained his findings and involved me in his treatment plan. I left feeling less anxious knowing he gave me excellent care. Finally I was encouraged to see COVID protocols still in place. The environment was clean and conducive to good medical care.

Not only did I waste $100, I was given the wrong medication with the wrong diagnosis which actually made me worse. The staff was amazing and sweet. However the male doctor does not know what he is talking about and actually made my symptoms worse. I wish I had a better experience.

I highly recommend this Urgent Care clinic, very clean, very nice courteous staff, fast service and is very close to my home. They are open on Sundays so I went early Sunday and as soon I finished registering they called me. Thank you for taking care of my issue.

Great visit today at this Urgent care! I was cared for by PA Louise Forte who was very kind and professional. The medical assistant took care of me and was very courteous also. Thanks again.

Walked in and was immediately taken care of by a lovely person at reception. The assistant who took vitals was a gem and Morgan the PA was as well. Awesome experience and facility. Thanks ladies!

First time visiting a MD Now urgent care location. The environment was clean and everyone I interacted with was kind. I felt like I received good treatment. Hopefully, I don't have to return, but I would revisit this location if I need to.

Sorry in advance but I’m going to get the Dr’s name wrong because I took a glance at his badge and forgot how to spell it but Dr. Kobler (so sorry) was the absolute best with my daughter! Every question was answered without us having to ask! Most doctors are in and out but he took his time to explain everything in a timely matter! Good for you Doc!

My visit was easygoing from front desk visit to Morgan and Micheal taking care of me I recommend a visit

Just horrible! Claudisine Civil should not be working helping people, worst experience to have when you are in distress and pain. As I walked out I even told the front desk how rude she was. She made my situation worst, I had to go to another urgent care to fix problem that she made worst, and tomorrow i am seeing a specialist. The young man that took my vitals was excellent.his name I believe is Frederick.

Every staff member was welcoming and the doctor was empathetic and knowledgeable. They put my mind at ease throughout the entire visit. This is an excellent location.

Was very disappointed waited over 20 min before they told me they have no xray machine. I been there a couple of times and had xray will not come back

Medical Billing Fraud! I paid out of pocket for services, 2 weeks later I receive a bill for over $200. I called the billing department to rectify the issue, but it's an India Billing Center that doesn't care to help US paying customers. I stopped to get a copy of my payment, but it's no longer in the system.another customer overheard my issue and asked for an itemized bill, which she was told they don't provide any. While I was talking to the customer, I was told to be quiet or they will call the Police Great way to cover up billing fraud!

Morgan, the doctor seem very responsible and thorough. Service was Quick, carefull, and complete.
Would recomend this MDNow, and also re visit this place if needed
