MD Now Urgent Care - Clermont

I checked in online and after about an hour, I decided to go in and see what my wait time was. They said that their online system was down and I had to fill out the paperwork. Once that was completed, I was called into the office within 5 minutes. Once all the preliminary test were finished, the practitioner examined me and I was diagnosed with bronchitis. He then went and got my prescriptions and I was on my way. I highly recommend this practice?

This was my 2nd time here for different issues. Both times they were all so kind.receptionist, medical assistant, & Nurse Practitioner. They were thorough & saw me quickly, no long wait at all. They treated my issues promptly & effectively, listening & reacting appropriately.

The website was great, I was able to schedule for first available appointment and was texted when to go in. After checking in, I was seen with in 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and professional. I was able to get needed medication. Very happy with experience.

I saw a doctor in 20 minutes and I got the prescription I needed I was visiting here so the price was reasonable as I had no insurance.

Excellent experience! In and out very fast for a allergy infection. Doctor, nurses, staff were very friendly and helpful. Prescription was ready at publix in 15 minutes.

Terrible service, based on my experience, today I did an online check-in, being half an hour from home I left early, waited another half hour at the place and when they finally sent me a text, I entered and a Hispanic lady notified me that I have to wait approximately two hours. I asked him why if I had already done the online check in and I showed him the text and he replied that he didn't care that I still had to wait to be seen, that it was a very busy clinic and that there were more patients ahead, I told her to check online and she told me wait or don't wait, you have a patient bowl ahead, despite the terrible attitude of the lady who attended me, I even got scared for a moment I thought that she She was the one who needed medical attention because she was wriggling, grabbing her head, rubbing her hands, grinding her teeth, seeing my insistence on why I shouldn't wait if I had already undergone a process. I already had enough that I felt bad. How to end up being served in this bad way, my wife got upset and came back and left a message for this person. I hope they take this experience into consideration.for no reason would we return to this place. The visit was on this day 05/1 at approximately 4: 30 in the afternoon.
