MD Now Urgent Care, Hallandale Beach FL

So disappointing! The wait was suppose to be 30-45 min. 2.5 hrs later no doctor yet! I would have expected more considering the reviews. Staff didn’t show any concern whatsoever when I asked about the time.

Couldn’t walk, asked for a wheel chair, the nurse Theo was questioning me and was giving me a hard time when i asked for help with a wheel chair while being transported through their facility, why should I be questioned when I am a paying customer in pain that asked nicely for a wheel chair so I can be seen? Not happy with this facility, the one on north Miami is much better and much more professional, will not come back here.

Twice now I've gone and it took almost two hours to see a doctor for less than 2 minutes. They claim to get everyone in and out within an hour. Go to a regular doctor.

I thought the staff was good but after paying for services I didn't receive, I quickly realized by patient bill of right was violated. I had to file complaint against the clinic.

Nothing was explained to me before or after treatment.

My doctor was Alexander Volkov. He is the worst doctor. He told me he was going to give my a prescription but never actually gave me one. He did not offer any guidance or professionalism. If you end up going there, which I do not recommend ask to not be seen by Alexander Volkov!

Negative experience! Terrible costume service from the manager that I spoke today! They don’t care about us. I will never come back again. I am not recommend this place. Never will!

Clean place. Friendly staff but they take too long for just a simple urine sample. Not a complicated procedure: check in and pee in a cup. Smh.

I'm giving this place 3 stars based on the staff being friendly and helpful, and the place is kept very clean. However, the doctor who saw me only talked to me for about 2 minutes and sent me on my way to have me buy pills i don't even need. I didn't seem like we cared to be there or he just wasn't trying to listen to what i had to say. I been to urgent cares centers who were more helpful and cared more about treating there patients who come to see them.

Pros: Staff is friendly and nice. Facility is clean.

Cons: I went a few weeks ago regarding a knee injury, hoping to get an x-ray. I waited for a long time before I saw the doctor. When I finally saw him, he didn't seem to know much about sports injuries, and didn't seem to really listen to what I had to say. I don't know if it was because it was the evening and close to closing. Doctor on staff was Dr. Weitman.

The one thing that went well was that he did prescribe an MRI and that at least got me some results.

Perhaps if it were something along the lines of a typical illness it may have gone better.

UPDATE: I have changed from one star to three because I needed to return when I got sick with the flu.

The wait was still at least an hour (it is flu season) but my experience was much better this time. Dr. Barredo has great bedside manner with patients; I heard another patient in the hall echoing praises for this doctor.

Waiting period is so long, even no people in the facility and cleaning lady was vacuum whole floor for 1 hour, even doctor has to listening

This was my 3rd trip, to different locations each time. All were fine. Nice staff & facility, no long wait. I had one problem, and it might not be the fault of MD Now, it could have been the drugstore's fault: the Rx was written or filled wrong. The label on the bottle (did it match what the doctor ordered?) said to take 1 pill each day for 5 days, but there were 10 pills in the bottle. So check your Rx before you leave the pharmacy.

If you have to be ill on vacation, this is a wonderful place to go! From check-in to meeting the doc, it was an APlus experience!

I’m blown away by the amazing service. The tech is so easy all on ipads and they gave me a medication discount card that saved me 70% on my meds!

Went to Urgent care at MD Now in Hallandale, FL, filled out my registration and was called promptly despite the fact that they open at 8: 00am and I walked in at 8: 07am and there was at least 4 patients ahead of me I was out of there by 8: 45am, plus I had to have medical treatment before I left the office (very efficient team)

The front desk team is very polite and welcoming-

Lorenzo the triage nurse has excellent bedside manner, was very patient and answered my concerns

Dr. Joshua Yang was my attending physician and he is an excellent listener, very patient and explained his recommendations for my quick healing.

Theo, the nursing assistant quickly provided the treatment recommended by Dr. Yang and I left the office within 30 minutes feeling stronger than when I entered because when I entered I could barely talk due to wheezing

Lorenzo the triage nurse asked me for the name of the pharmacy that I preferred to use and voluntarily called in my prescriptions

This was the BEST doctors’s visit I have experienced in a very long time, very professional, efficient team.
The entire office is modern and clean.

It was an excellent experience for me this Sunday at 830 a.m. Clean, intelligent employees, excellent Dr, went out with a great feeling.

I was treated for a urinary tract infection on April 26,2018. The nurse and doctor were excellent! Waiting time was about 30 minutes as a walk-in without an appointment. They were very nice and very good medical treatment.

The staff was great!
The dr had great bedside manners.
The triage nurse was a bit concerning.
I wanted my vital information for documentation.
She treated me like herded cattle.
When I asked her vitals, she zipped through them.
I had to explain to her that I was writing while she was reading.

Quick, clean and the doctor listened to my complaints and addressed my issues appropriately. Everyone was professional and kind.
