Mease Countryside Hospital reviews
6I have never received such excellent treatment. From the security guard to triage to nurses and doctor - it was 5 star treatment. If you have to go to the hospital, this is the place to go.
I cannot thank each and every staff member enough for their exceptional compassion, care and communication through my brother's end of life stage. Every single doctor, nurse, case worker and pastor were so understanding and compassionate. They stayed in constant communication with me, explained every step they were taking during my brother's care and helped guide me through this very difficult time.
I am confident that my brother received the best care possible, and he was met with kindness and compassion during his final days.
Thank you for helping both my brother and myself through this very difficult time!
Nurses and admission personnel were all kind and compassionate. Very disappointed that I was going in for to me a big deal having a cardiac catheterization and the physician doing it never even bothered to speak to me before hand, or see if I had any questions, or even introduced himself to me. When the procedure was over, he wandered over to my very end of the bed with his arms crossed and said everything was fine and walked away. I’m sorry it is such a routine procedure to him. It was certainly not for me.
I had emergency surgery and was given excellent care. The one area in which I felt neglected was personal hygiene. I was there 12 days and on only two days was I offered an opportunity to clean up, brush my teeth and have a clean gown. This is hard for me to understand because with everything else so sterile, personal hygiene is also important.
I can't think of too many reasons why anyone would like to be in a hospital. Having said that, the care I received was exceptional. I was treated with kindness, respect and was informed throughout my stay.
