I purchased a new diagnostic system, for my automotive shop, from them and it was a fantastic experience. It can be a bit daunting going through an online retailer for such a large purchase but their customer service was fantastic. I just looked back at my emails with them and I cant believe how many questions they actually answered for me lol. I will gladly purchase more tools from them in the future!
