Dr. Joanna Tseng is the best doctor I have ever had. She is thorough, caring, and helps me with all of my concerns. I see her once a month and she is great each and every time I see her. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Dr Joann’s Tseng has been caring for me from the beginning. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about her. She takes her time and listens to what I have to say always showing she cares. I met Dr Isabel Rodriguez almost 15 years ago, here in Gainesville. She is not only my doctor, she’s my friend, my counselor, she takes her time to listen to me and pays a lot of attention to my health. She’s a wonderful person, very professional and willing to help.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rodriguez for the past 6 1/2 years. Dr. Rodriguez is an excellent Primary Care Provider. She listens to her patients and has good judgment on when a referral to a specialist is needed. Dr Rodriguez really cares about her patients and the office staff are very helpful. I recommend Med Family Care without reservation.

I have had an appointment scheduled since last week, and today I received a call stating that the doctor is refusing to see me as a telemed patient and would like to see me in person as the last time we met it was not in person. If he had an issue seeing me as a telemed or he had policies of how he is supposed to see his patients, he should have stated that in our last appointment instead of waiting on the day of my appointment and canceling the appointment to see and give my appointment out to someone else. This is bad customer service all the way around. I would not refer anyone to this office.

As a first time patient here. I was so grateful to have met such helpful kind people from the front desk to being seen in the back. The nurse Erid Santiago did my labs today I asked her, her name so I could do a review, because she did so well when she withdrew my blood. She was very knowledgeable about everything I had questions about concerning my visit and that made me feel very good.
Also It would be robbery not to say anything about my new Doctor Isabella Rodriguez she's helping me get well in so many ways.

The front desk is rude and condescending, lazy and tried to charge me for when i had covid and had to call out. What a joke!

Years ago I was patient of Dr. Rodriquez, she was amazing that’s why I returned. The office nothing like it use to be… sad for Dr. Rodriquez because my mother and I always enjoyed and trusted her for our care. I was told I was scheduled with her then ended up seening Joanna she okay but have very little experience in customer service and listening to my concerns, She had difficulty reading my lab results and treating properly for correct diagnosis. The front desk I ask to speak to a nurse or provider HIPAA IS VIOLATED for certain they want to know why you calling, reason, etc including medication. I should not be discussing my health issues with receptionist, Also I waited longer than my visit then was charge a copay. I have two insurance and then still receive a bill in the mail. When leaving I turn the door knob and the whole door knob from the exam room ended up in my hand the office needs a lot work done and more professionals staff BRING BACK THE OLD OFFICE PLEASE!
