DOES NOT PAY VENDORS! Will use your services and then never respond! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

We are a courier company that Medline Express has outsourced work to, they have racked up over $5,500 in charges and have not paid their invoice. They are not responding to calls or e-mails regarding payment. Courier companies stay away.

When I was initially offered a driver position for Medline Express I was told they would pay 5 dollars per delivery and would be picking up from one pharmacy which was the first of many lies the hiring manager told. I was also guaranteed at least a volume of 45 to 50 stops per day at 5 dollars per stop which also was a lie. Once I accepted the position I was informed that I would be picking up from different Walgreens pharmacy's and deliveries will be paid 3 dollars per stop instead of 5 as originally agreed to. I delivered for Medline a few days and was dispatched only 20 some odd stops a particular day and told dispatch I would not leave my house for 60 dollars due to the Walgreens being so far apart and gas being 4 dollars and change per gallon. After a heated conversation with a dispatcher I initially quit and was later that day contacted by a manager guaranteeing at least 125 dollars per day no matter how much work was available, so I continued delivering for a while longer. After about a month of working with the company and adding up expenses and subtracting it from the pay you receive for delivering, it's DEFINITELY NOT WORTH the trouble of dealing with rude dispatchers and the wear and tear on your vehicle. After expenses 125 a day actually averages out to around 90 dollars per day for 7 to 9 hours of driving.

Never worked so hard, and so many hours, and yet still wasnt good enough to keep when I had words with a rude dispatcher. See they are still searching as I've received multiple emails as if I'm a new hire to cover same area. You'd think a company would value their hardest workers and try to keep especially when they can't get anyone else. Something's wrong here cuz they fire drivers regularly

Best company ever, they treat drivers with respect, and the pay is awesome.
The dispatchers are very super fair, to all of us" 7 drivers " EQUALLY
People won't know that until they work for a different delivery companies

Once employed with Medline Express, I was so happy and at peace. Didn't have to deal with other people just dispatcher. I ask if anyone needed help which I should have kept my mouth closed.

Dispatch ask me to go help out in Wilton Manors. I accepted the route, when I arrived at Walgreens the pharmacist ask were we on vacation I asked why you say that. The pharmacist in return said they haven't had a driver in a week.

I was given a huge bag plus a smaller bag. I started my route I got out as much meds as I could it started to get dark and my phone was getting hot.

I called dispatch and explain what was going on. I was told if I could not finish the route then they don't need me. Being a black woman I didn't feel safe out there going to people homes for meds delivery.

I tried to explain that if this was same day delivery why was there not a driver. I was let go because I could not finish up someone else route, all tried to do was help.

This is the shameful part. I called to see if I could get my job back and tried to explain what happened. I was rushed off the phone and said I was on the do not rehire list.

Because I quite without giving notice. During this pandemic I wanted to work. Shame on Medline Express

Good people just Walgreens that Medline work with well kinda made it hard for the driver
