Worst experience ever. Zero stars
I went to the office in Coral Springs.
A) they don’t speak English well
B) they are not set up properly and it seems one of five employees knows how to do their jobs.
C) when asked to give my urine sample, they gave me a cup and a tube. I was asked to pour it from the cup into the tube. And then walk across from the bathroom through a small reception area to return the tube. What the hell?
And the bathroom was not clearly identified so I almost walked into another patient’s exam room.
