Out of all the home builders in Sarasota and the surrounding areas, Medallion Home Builders is by far superior than most in the business. Not only the quality of home they build, but the floor plans, the products they use and the people they hire, including the Subs they hire, stand out above the rest. Their General Contractors, at least the one we worked with, was caring, very communicative, and always willing to help when we had questions or concerns. We love our property and feel very comfortable in our new home that was finished December 2019. However, the most impressive thing they can stand behind, is the fact that they honor all the warranty claims we have presented. Most builders will maybe fix a few things in the first year or some none at all, but Medallion has come out to fix even the little things that only a home owner being in their home for a few months would notice! I was a builder in Ohio many years ago and can honestly say that I am happy and impressed with Medallion!

After going through the building process with Medallion Homes and closing during a pandemic, we can honestly say that Medallion's staff is amazing on all levels, from the top down. Our Site Supervisor Alex Galvez has an ability to work through the building process with grace and efficiency. This carries all the way to the top, with President Dominick Donato. The end result, a beautifully built home to enjoy for many years! Our family thanks you!

Our home building experience with Medallion has been excellent! The Aruba floor plan was almost perfect for our needs, but Medallion allows you to make custom modifications, so now it is perfect! Susan, the sales person, was very attentive to our needs during the lot selection, negotiation and architecture phase. Tina at the design center was amazing to work with and we felt she had our best interest at heart with lots of assistance and good ideas. Brian, the superintendent, was great, readily available, paid attention to detail to make sure we were happy with our new home. The quality of construction is evident the moment you walk in from the solid feeling, openness, high ceilings and doorways, columns, arches and art niches all with an attention to detail. We love our home!

We just built our dream forever home in Waverley. The experience was fun and exciting. From the knowledgable sales staff that work for you, thank you Connie and Jill. The design center was so fun, we were blessed with Tina Seaman that knows these products and steers you in the right direction depending on your own personal style. The icing on the cake was that we had an awesome construction manager that made the process fun and not scary. Alex Galvez knows his stuff so we always got an answer to our questions and all of our concerns and issues were addressed immediately. The closing department, Debra Ward, wow! Now that we are in our home, the warranty department is the best I have ever seen. This is a custom build home and there will be issues that come up, just expect it and put in a request to the warranty department. Trust me.it is handled immediately.

This is Medallion, but I wanted to give an honest review as we are over the moon with our home, neighbors and the medallion community. Check us out here at Waverley and quickly too as there are only 110 houses and Connie and Jill are rocking and rolling.

By the way.we only want fun people, this neighborhood is already planning cocktail hours!

University Village, a Medallion paired villa development located on Tallevast Road between Highway 301and Lockwood Ridge Road, is a hidden gem! We just moved into our new Anna Maria model last month and couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out. The build process with Medallion was a very positive experience from start to finish.
