Had a fall that needed stitches. Staff and doctors very professional, thorough and caring. After registration (that took 5 minutes), I was seen within 2 minutes. History taken, injury explained, stitched up and received a tetanus shot and was out. A total of 40 minutes. Fantastic experience.

Called around and everywhere and a long wait. It was a pleasant experience from the moment we arrived. Check in was quick and we were seen very quickly. The nurse and Dr. Tenebbaum were very pleasant and kind. They answered all our questions with utmost professionalism and genuine concern. We were in an out in under 40 minutes. Overall excellent experience!

The actual visit was great. The physicians assistant was accurate in her diagnosis and all of the employees were friendly. My reason for giving them 2 stars is the greed. The PA diagnosed me with post nasal drip and said my cough could last up to a month. I was prescribed a cough suppressant. 30 pills that I was supposed to take up to 6 of per day. Naturally, I ran out after a week and still was coughing. So I called today and asked for a refill and was told that this facility does not issued refills and that I had to come in again to get one. So I have to pay another $50 co-pay in order to get another prescription. I went to another urgent care on sample road when my wife was sick and they gave her three refills on the medication they prescribed during that visit. I would imagine that I should’ve got more than 5 days worth of medication for a condition the PA said could last up to a month without my insurance having to pay for multiple visits, along with me having to pay my co-pay, yet here we are. I’ll take my business elsewhere and I suggest others do too. These kind of practices are the epitome of the flaws in the healthcare system and it’s sad and pathetic.

We arrived with our 14 month old granddaughter as we were watching her while our daughter and son in law went on vacation. We were worried and in a state of distress and wanted to make sure she was ok so came in for an x-ray. The nurse was so rough, this is not a place for small children. Our granddaughter somehow twisted her leg after she sat down incorrectly. It was a freak situation that we can't understand how it happened. We called our daughter while there and when she spoke with the dr he kept saying over and over "excessive force was used" this was disgusting and unprofessional of him to say as that is not what happened and that he even jumped to such a conclusion didn't even make sense. We took her to Joe DiMaggio right after and the ER doctor explained that given how she sat down she could have easily injured her foot because her bones are still soft at 14 months. This Dr at the urgent Care made us feel even worse instead of being compassionate. He even threatened us and said "don't be surprised if the police show up at your house. " Just disgusting and very poor manners. Stay very far away from this place

Great service and friendly staff! They call to check on you 3 days later. I got an allergic reaction to my antibiotics and they had a new one ready at my pharmacist a few hours later!

The service is good staff is nice but Everytime I have visited this place for UTI and or other! I have ended up with tonsillitis or flu.this is my last time to go to Med Express. They need to invest in Clorox wipes and start cleaning the desktop, door handles, credit card machine the ink pens! Tired of leaving and becoming very sick with something else!

This place took excellent care of my boys who were both sick from the time we walked in until the time we left! Friendly staff from the receptionist (Alecsus) nurse (Jennifer) and (Dr. Schwartz) very attentive! No long wait at all!

I used to go to the CVS Minute Clinics until recently I felt like I was being improperly treated for prior colds/flu-like symptoms. I looked for a new clinic that took my FloridaBlue insurance and came across MedExpress!
This is one of the most cleanest and sterile facilities I’ve been into in awhile. The initial set up of the waiting room is even welcoming rather than feeling the dread of a cold bland doctors appointment.
Bria and Aurelia (Receptionists) were so helpful! They were both patient with me and with other sick patients - plus the wait time wasn’t long either!
I wish that Dr. Shivani and James could be my primary care doctors! They are so throughout and educated with ruling out what I was sick with. (Plus, James has the best stories and fun facts!)

This MedExpress needs way MORE FIVE STARS!:)

Thank you for helping me get healthy again!

The most important things one needs from a doctors visit is an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. Dr. Robert Schwartz of Medical Express delivers precisely these two critical needs to his patients with expertise and a bright, optimistic, professional demeanor. His support staff from the medical assistant to the receptionist staff deliver medical care with professional care and expertise. I had a serious infection and needed immediate, acute care. Within a few minutes I received an accurate diagnosis and prescriptions. Three days later, I received a follow up phone call to make sure all was well. The next time I or anyone I know needs acute medical care, I will not hesitate to return to or highly recommend Medical Express.

I went to medexpress because I had an intense cough, chills, high fever, etc. They tested me for the flu but did not double check any complications or underlying causes. I left with the diagnosis of the flu and the very next day ended up in the hospital with the diagnosis of pneumonia. I could've paid $40 at Med Express if the doctor wasnt annoyed and dismissive and also ran and x-ray to diagnose the pneumonia, however now I have a $300 hospital on top of the $40 already paid. Dont waste your time here.

My wife went in and the medical professional here treated the rash as shingles. Went to another Doctor to confirm as the medicine was giving her trouble, dsicovered was a simple rash easily treated with over the counter medicine. When I called in to get a refund, I got the run around that the person wasn’t in. I don’t think they have qualified staff and was a complete waste of time. Never again. I don’t recommend at all.

I would give negative starts if I could. It wasn’t my first time going to this facility. I went for a stomachache but they couldn’t help me due I’m pregnant (I didn’t know), which is totally fine and I understood. However, they charged me anyway when their exact words were WE CAN’T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU HERE. I called asking if it was a mistake because I saw the charge in my account. Well, it wasn’t they charged me to say that they couldn’t help me. I talked to a manager who said that she could put my case for review and I could take up to 6 weeks. 6 weeks? Really? The doctor didn’t even touch me.but anyway. Not my first but definitely the last time I go there. I wish I could give them a negative 5:)!

This place is one of the slowest "Urgent Cares" 8 have ever been to. Think they could use a lesson or two maybe even three from MD or U S Health works. Then this place might get this act together. Simply a joke

They deserve 1 star b/c the wait time was very short; however, the medical assistant who took my daughters vitals was rude, short and seemed bothered. The Doctor wasn't any better and spent no more than 5 mins in the room. I ended up taking her to the ER and got the medical attention my daughter deserves. I will never go back to this place.
