This place deserves way more credit! These Drs, nursing staff and patient care staff work their butts off! The wait times are long because you can tell they are busy and understaffed. I was so desperate for help and they stayed until 8pm even when they close at 6 to treat me! Sincerely Averie Shugg Bendana

Wait time 3x longer than wait they told me when I checked in. Ended up waiting 2.5 hrs in car with sick young child only to be seen by PA who misdiagnosed her and gave antibiotics. No follow up after lab results contradicted treatment. Medical staff gets a star for being nice and polite. Male MA was good with my kid collecting tests.

Stacy was extremely snappy on the phone. We called in the morning at 11: 30am and were told there would be a 2-3 hour wait. We told her we live 5 mins away from the clinic and if it was ok to wait there. She said we have to wait in the parking lot if not do we still want to be on the list. We said yes and when proceeded to wait 2 hours in the car. I called and ask Stacy what our estimated wait time was she told me with a snappy attitude it’s a 4-5 hour wait and 16 people were ahead of us but when I walked in 30 mins after the phone call i asked the same line of questions, I was was told 17 people and she then told us 4-5 hour wait and in a condescending tone and was ask do you still want to remain on the list or want me to take you off. I came in ever 10- 20 mins after asking the same question but Even as I’m writing this review at 4: 15pm September 7,2021 we have yet to be called back we thankfully were able to be treated by the school clinic at fgcu. The front office staff sets the tone for how much the clinic cares for the health of patients. I don’t care that the wait was long I’m not the only person who has to wait their turn But By Stacy’s actions and attitude I can tell she is clearly here for the check, and lacks the courtesy or human decency to be working for a clinic. When someone so distasteful is representing you it makes you question if it’s really Safe and if your needs will actually be met or tossed to the side. Very disappointed with the service provided.

My first visit was excellent. But have made three trips since to have stitches removed and it’s been awful. They shouldn’t accept patients if they do not have the time for them. I was told 2-3 hours now they are saying that there are still 7 patients ahead of me. If I had know it was going to take more than half a day I would have gone somewhere else. Now I have too much time invested here to wait somewhere else.

Doors are closed. Have to get out of car just to call and then be told they're not taking any more patients when they are still open for an hour and the is no one in waiting room.

Longest wait everrrrrrr registered at 10: 30am was told its a 2 hour wait its now 2pm still haven't been, called to make sure I was still on the list to be called and was told there is still 8 people ahead of me! Im sooooo aggravated I need a covid test in order to return to work!: (however just got in to get my covid test and it ended up being a more pleasant experience everyone was friendly and professional!

It was clean, very easy in/out. The physicians and nurses were friendly, good bedside manner, honest, comforting, and efficient. I’m going to this place from now on! Thank you’

I've gone here many of times before but since covid came about its only gotten worse. First they were in a pause and told me and my sick girlfriend to call back in 1 hour, so we did and same thing still a pause.call back in 45 minutes. I called every interval they gave me until they closed. So I tried again the next day.they were closed for 3 days and never told me, I read it on a sign on their front door. It's no wo Der this rating is so bad and hospitals are rated higher.

Worst Urgent Care! I’d give Zero Stars if an option. I was told it would be upwards of two hour wait but don’t worry we’ll get you in sooner; I called after 2 hours only to be told there are 6 patients ahead of you and it’ll be another 45 minutes to an hour. Called again an hour later only to be told there are 5 patients ahead of you it’ll be another 45 minutes to an hour. In the last hour I was there I’ve seen 5 patients leave the building.

Only come here if it’s a dire emergency, if you have no other choice or want to spend over 3.5 hours waiting without being seen. Nothing like waiting over 3.5 hours without being seen or given a straight answer as to when I would be seen! Do not come here!

This is the worst! If i could give 0 I would. I Went with my 4 kids to get tested for covid. They said it was 1 hour wait. I waited 1 hour.never consider calling saying it was taking longer. Called 2nd time while waiting in the parking lot. They said i was in the 9th place. Waited another hour and half with fever. Called again and now this time “Stephanie “said that it was a “first come first serve. “ so basically im nobody to them.also that she didn’t know when it was my turn. That i just had to wait for my call. If they don’t know how long is the waiting why would give a time? This is a JOKE! All day waiting and waisted and i still need to get covid tested. Rather make an appointment than this!

I brought my daughter in to look for help with her most likely having vertigo issues. Dr Sara Breault, PA was a very rude person in my opinion. Instead of attempting to look at my child. She lectured me on I should have a primary Dr, should get blood work every 2 years, didn't even look at my daughter's eyes, etc, I had to ask for her to look into her ears. We waited in the exam room for 50 mins before anyone came back in then a nurse came in asking for a urine sample from my child without explanation as to why. When the doctor came in she said they tested my child who is 15 for being pregnant Do you know how wrong this was in so many ways and especially for my child who couldn't understand why. My daughter even told the nurse she started her period yesterday. I have been at this clinic a few times and was always a good experience but this DR, PA whatever needs to get out of this field if lecture is all she can offer. Even my daughter said what a waste of time and money.

Stay away from this place unless you, plan to bring your lunch and picnic basket. The worst procedure I have ever seen for a covid test. 3hours I waited so do yourself a favor and find a better option

It was not busy when I was there this time I always call prior to going and I am usually told that you aren’t taking anymore patients because you are already backed up to a certain point. I was on hold for at least 30min while sitting in your parking lot, I believe this facility is under staffed and poorly ran not to mention my quoted wait time was approximately 45-1hour guess that’s after they decide to actually put you in the system

Absolutely terrible service. I have had stitches in my body for two weeks. I am trying to get them out and I was told that I could still be seen and charged but they don’t need to take out my stitches…I waited in a hot car for over an hour but there were people in the waiting room…. How terrible.

Although the wait was long, there were a lot of people nothing can be done about that, the staff was so pleasant and so good at what they do! From Drew, who to me was one of the best I have encountered, to the doctor, to the x-ray tech Shawn! They were all AMAZING! They daughter is 3 and a little skeptical of doctors but she walked in the place, around the place, and spoke to everyone! I can’t speak higher of the attention and care we received here! It was a great experience for an unpleasant situation!

WARNING: This Estero location of MedExpress Urgent Care made me write my social security number down on a post it note when I checked in at the window. The receptionist would not give it back when I was finished and checking out. I have never had to do this at any medical establishment in my 60 years. I checked with all 3 credit bureau's fraud and identity theft departments and they said this is very unusual and dangerous request as this MedExpress Estero location already has my birthday which are the 2 ingredients needed for selling my identity to someone or on the internet black market.
Dear Owner/Manager, why wouldn't you give me back that post it note with my SSN on it? Where is my SSN now? Why should I believe your receptionist that told me she shredded these later in the day. This coming from your employee who couldn't even give me eye contact and could have cared less if I were there.
What do you have to say for your self Owner/Manager? Are you selling your patient's identity's? Why does a brand new medical facility with the most modern office and medical equipment need a patient hand writing their SSN down on a post it note in which they cannot get back. I very much would like to hear from you to settle this matter before I officially report you to the 3 credit bureaus as a possible host for identity theft.
