Staff was efficient, pleasant and on top of their game. Alicia was the person who attended to my wife's injury. She was gentle, thorough and caring. Thanks to all for great service.

Jill, RN was fantastic! Very professional but jovial at the same time. Dr Boone was awesome as well. Overall, a great experience getting a work physical accomplished.

I never put time to do a review. But this will be my first because this place was the worse experience ever. No body to talk to you at the counter, the nurse guy looks like he don’t want to work and that he don’t care. The send my prescription to the wrong Pharmacy 6 hours later then send wrong again… Third time now to try doc the problem I have to drive back because no body pick the phone at that location… Just don’t go there!

I had done a home Covid test which was positive. I went to Med Express at 8AM on Saturday because that is when it opens. There were about a dozen people on line, it was 8: 15. Snd people were leaving when About 20 past 8 some one came out and said there was no doctor, everyone left. I tried to find another place to go but there was nowhere. So about 9: 25 I went back and they were open. There was no one at the desk you had to call a phone number that was on the window and register. I finally got help and while waiting for the results of my test I couldn’t help notice how dirty it was around the doorknob. It was very disturbing to find such uncleanliness at a medical facility. Won’t be going there again

I arrived this morning to lobby being dark and a note on the front desk stating “call this number to register”, everyone in the lobby waiting warned me that it took forever to register by phone and was very upset. They were not wrong, I sat on the phone, in a queue for well over a hour just to register, was hung up on twice and had to call back to be put on hold for another 20 minutes. All the while the lobby is filling up and nobody can get registered. I know staffing is a challenge these days but this needs to be re-thought, especially if you can’t staff your phone bank as well. Terrible idea! Once I finally got registered the clinical staff was very nice and efficient, this isn’t their fault at all, and they don’t deserve to deal with angry patients because of poor administrative decisions.

I am waiting on the phone more then 1 hr to check in. They have no front deck check in, so you have to do it remotely. They hang up on me so I have to do it all over again. Waiting on the phone on hold for someone to check me in. This place is a joke. Very disappointing.

Typical corporate structure where no one wants to work. They have literally moved out of reception area crossed out their phone numbers and asking people to call in to register. It doesn't take 30 mins to register Med Express. Hopefully eventually someone in corporate can explain your jobs to you all again, in case you missed it during your orientation to work there. Took me 27 minutes to drive to location in ft Myers, while I was on hold to preregister on the phone, hung up when I was at location in ft Myers where there is actual reception area and people working.
What a shame

I arrived around 8 AM and although I had to wait the staff was upfront about the time frame and I was seen and on my home by 10: 30, which I think is good for urgent walk-in

Wait time was pretty long, almost four hours but every employee I encountered had an amazing attitude and helped me tremendously feel better!

Being from out of state, it is always a bit of a panic when you suddenly need to see your doctor but are far away. The service was fast, efficient and the staff very friendly & helpful!

Don’t go there! Please save your self hours and hours of long waits. I’ve spent over 6 hours to be seen by a doctor. They only have 1 doctor on staff. They don’t tell you the wait time when you come in, they just pack as many patients as they can.

I want to thank MedExpress for the fast, caring and accurate assessment of my wife's medical condition. My wife was experiencing an allergic reaction and received immediate attention and treatment that saved our vacation. Thank you to the Cape Coral staff!

My first visit to MedExpress and could not be more pleased! The receptionist was very polite and professional! The young man that called me back that did vitals was also very nice and professional! Dr. Boone was very prompt and very professional also! Would definitely go back if the need arises!

Dr. Salomon went above and beyond the call of her duty. I know a lot about doctors and the nursing staff so I will definitely say This PCP is definitely one of the best. She’s very valuable to the community. She is caring and respectful and very attentive to her patients. I wish she could be cloned.

Personally, I will never be back. First of all, the receptionist was pitiful. No eye contact what so ever! Bad impression right from the beginning. I understand the need to wait in the car because of my symptoms. But 2 hours! And there were only a handful of people ahead of me! Then to be triaged on the phone by a person who kept calling me sweetie and honey.made me SICK! Where was her professionalism! And then to be seen by a PA for only 5 minutes? You guys have a terrible system!
I’m a retired nurse and have been a nurse manager! I’m writing this to you as a professional.please consider this critique.

I have been treated well over the years at this location… until the last year. I must first say that the nursing and medical care is always respectful, thorough and on point. BUT…. Something has totally changed in the front end staff. They show irritation in their voice when answering the phone and when checking you in. Last fall I had a foot injury that ended up to be 4 fractures. The check-in staff only had one employee working (with another client) while I could see two other employees shopping online and giggling at a back computer, while I stood there with an injury. This latest visit was uncomfortable at check-in again, they were busy and I felt I was inconveniencing them. I will not be back.

THERE IS NOTHING URGENT ABOUT THIS PLACE IF YOU DIE WAITING FOR A DOCTOR THEY WILL TELL YOU GET IN LINE. TERRIBLE SERVICE EVERY TIME. I WAIT OVER 4 HOURS EVERY TIME. UNACCEPTABLE, DO NOT GO HERE LET THEM GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

The receptionist is horrible knowing there was a line she continued to take patients that we’re just walking in or she would sit in front of her computer and pretend like she was doing something until another patient walked out to take them without even acknowledging that there was five people in line and six including myself
