This doctors office is fantastic! The front desk is so accommodating and helpful! They are definitely delightful and always have a positive attitude!

I went the the doctors office not feeling well but had an appointments for blood work to be informed I want be seen by the doctor today by staff Josephine. Informed her I'm not feeling well and my bloodpressure was high that they just took. She appointed me to Urgent Care around the corner as the doctors schedule is full. Walked to the front to see if they have an appointment for later that day inwhich they had a 230pm. Josephine Chimmed in and stated I can not see the doctor today due to just having blood work confused again I asked is this for insurance purposes she stated yes meanwhile she originally stated it was because he was full. Very unprofessional communication is not the best, in addition, doctor standing right in the front by the desk an not once chimmed in to assist or seemed to care and i am his patient.

FYI while waiting in the lobby for my appointment a gentleman came asking to speak with the doctor stating he had no appointment and need to go over is medication.lets just say he was taking to the back immediately talking with the doctor.

I was assigned this doctor as my primary doctor. Sat on hold for a long time. Someone picked up and put me back on hold again. If you cannot answer the phone to make an appointment how terrible are the rest of your services.

Dr. Herrera is a bad excuse for a doctor. Dr. Herrera literally told me that does not have to listen to what I have to say. How unprofessional. He yelled at me as though I was a child. Was disrespectful and condescending. He proceeded to hand write a sticky note to me by placing it on my lap rather then in my hand, so appalling and again disrespect toward his patient. His action lead me to come home very upset to the point that started had palpitations and of course my blood pressure became more elevated.

The inew doctor was very helpful and listened the girls in the office were a nightmare I normally use them to get ride there and home it Is there courtesy new young girl driver with a very bad attitude she left me there I am 76 years old. I did not expect to get treated with such a nasty attitude I don't think she will have the job too long the girl that does the appointments does a good job the front I have been coming 5 years this is the worst she wouldn't wait 5 minutes for my ride this is the worst it has ever been just desert a 76year old with no way home sick and deserted was a nightmare update I have been in the hospital since that day

I arrived 20 minutes early but had to be there 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork and therefore they wouldn’t let me continue with my appointment. I had to request time off of work for nothing, and not a care was given. I waited weeks for the appointment and just need to confirm if I am diabetic. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

So I only went here once and I will never go here again. I went there around June or July of this year and I had to pay for the entire visit out of pocket which was $75. I went to another doctors office the same day and they found out that I still had insurance and gave me all the information for it. I went back to this office to tell them to bill the visit through my insurance (which they took the papers and put it in my records) and they told me that they will refund me the $75. I called every week and went to their office multiple times to get it to no avail. On top of never getting my refund, I told my doctor when I visited that I have severe allergies and nasal conditions. At the time I had an ENT in florida but since then I moved up to Virginia. The Allergist in Virginia requires a referral for me to be seen. I have been calling medflorida for 2 months now to get a referral and never got a call back. I finally got a hold of the lady in the referrals and immediately was rude. She told me since it has been longer than 3 months she cannot give me a referral. Keep in mind she never looked up my account, didn’t even ask for my name. I told her that the doctor was advised of my allergies and that I have been calling for 2 months but never got a call back. She literally told me there is nothing to do and that I have to find a primary up in Virginia to get the referral. I do not recommend this place in the slightest, you will be wasting your time and your money. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I have been a patient here for almost 3 years. It has gone downhill fast since Dr Carrion left. I met with the new Dr and he told me I have type 2 diabetes. Gives me no instructions on what to do and sent me home with a sample of meds. I had to call 3 times to get to talk to someone as the prescription he called in was not covered under my insurance. I also had to ask for a prescription for a meter and strips so I could test my sugar levels. They also billed me to medicaid in Puerto Rico, that was fun getting a $966 dollar lab work bill that took 6 weeks to get straightened out. I have insurance through my employer not medicaid! The final straw was today. I had lab work last Thursday and a followup with the Dr today. I confirmed my appointment when I was there last week! I get to my appointment 10 min early only to be told they cancelled it because I didn't confirm my appointment. I have literally worked through my 30 min lunch break the last 2 weeks so I could take the two hours off for each appointment. I work from 7: 30-5 Monday thru Friday so there was no time to call when they were open. I was willing to wait as I take diabetes serious enough to follow up but was refused simply because he was running late. Needless to say their lack of professionalism and compassion has cost them a insured patient. Go anywhere but here!

Ever since they changed to using a call center they went way down hill. I was at the er twice and have needed follow up visits with my primary doctor still waiting on a call back. I've called numerous times. I had a bad cough and had an appt for that a month ago and the doc wanted to see me back in a month. I was told someone would call and schedule me I still haven't gotten a call. I'm suppose to be seeing the doctor again. If you want a doctor's office that cares about your health this one sure isn't it. Please go elsewhere.

I was a new patient here & they have surpassed my expectations for customer service! They have a wellness center that is completely free, when I started here I was treated like VIP & the staff continues to treat me like their own family! My previous Dr wouldn’t even remember my name, not here everyone is treated like a person & not another person on the schedule

This is the mostly ineptly run Physicians office I have ever witnessed in my LIFE and I am 74 Years old, The Owner Mazin Shikara hires only third world Medical staff that is truly indifferent to YOUR care.
I have tried to get a refill on My medications for seven days with no success, Phone calls go unanswered and even if You do get to speak with someone they promise You they will send it right over to the pharmacy and the Pharmacy gets nothing from them.
If You value Your life and Health GO ELSEWHERE!

I bring my great-grandfather here and the staff was super nice & they took us back quick (thankfully because my grandpa gets antsy) they even have a person who gives you her cell # that you can call 24/7 which I have never heard of! I would definitely recommend… for awesome customer service
