Although today I made a good comment about Mrs. Kelly's kind attention and I will reiterate it.
I have to say that regarding medical care I did not receive it even though I paid my co-pay and I guess they deducted the payment from my health insurance. The fact is that my appointment was at 2: 45 and my son's was at 3pm but it was already 3: 50 and they had not seen us because Dr Rosas was busy with other patients. I asked for my son to be seen since he is autistic and long waits frustrate him and he goes into crisis but my request was not attended to almost at 4 o'clock in the afternoon I left because my son was very irritable due to the wait. I think that in special cases doctors should be more empathetic.
