Medi-Station Urgent Care, Miami Shores FL

Came here to get my infection treated. Half of the staff acted like they didn’t want to do their job. We sat in the waiting room for almost and hour because they couldn’t get my insurance right. The only worker who was great was Shantrell. She was sweet and made sure we were taken care of

I went for a covid test and they never told me The cost of it, while I thought it was free of cost due to the conversation we had over the phone and even when I signed the papers. However, on my way out they charged me $140 and never apologized for the misunderstanding, Horrible I never complaint but this was a total ripoff.

Best urgent care in Miami that I've been to. I have been a patient for almost ten years and bring my kids, and myself, in anytime we are sick, hurt or need any medical testing. The staff is always friendly, extremely knowledgeable and they get us in and out plus feeling better in almost no time at all.

This Center has left such a bad experience since all they want is money charging full rate when they know the patient has insurance claiming the insurance is not active, they get reference #'s as redirected call and use it as insurance denials and tell the patient to submit the claims directly.when we called with the insurance company and outline how wrong they were doing things the patient was thrown out.
Please think first before going to this facility.bad choice.

Best place to go for non life threatening immediate care. Facility is extremely proactive in taking covid precaution measures for their patients, staff, waiting area and rooms. Staff is always friendly, courteous, and patient with any questions or concerns you may have no matter how trivial or 'dumb' you think they are. Would recommend to anyone with minor injuries, infections, lacerations & definitely for COVID testing.

One star, my grandma went to get a COVID test done, and They took the test right away didn’t ask her anything or how much she had to pay and after they were done taking that test they asked her if she had insurance and she said no and they told her sign a paper and she had to pay 140 dollars just to take a Covid test.

My service was poor there I went there for my arm cause I fell down in the tub they did nothing no me but took ex Ray and did not give no sling no nothing I had to go to the er to find out what's going on with my arm and they put iy in a sling and told me to go see a orthopedic doctor urgent Care did not do that

The staff is very sweet and attentive. Dr. Cardona is excellent. Very knowledgeable. Overall exceptional service. Highly recommend Medí Station. Thank you all.

The doctors, physician assistants, nurses and admin staff are all excellent, very friendly, professional and caring - especially Dr Ingrid Hudakova who is so knowledgeable and has the best bedside manner I’ve ever come across. The wait times are very minimal and they schedule patients perfectly. 5 stars.

A very good visit. Wait time was minimal - only about 10 mins from arrival to walking into an exam room. All patient information was carefully taken by both the nurse and the student Dr.in a very professional manner. Dr was efficient with his time using the notes and info I had given prior to him entering the room.
Would highly recommend.

I went here on a Saturday, after being in another urgent care full of people, they were super fast and very friendly. I paid 75 dollars. The doctor Ramoa was very professional and he prescribe the perfect medicine for me. It feels great to have a naiborhhood doctor like this, I’m very happy.

It was my first time ever visiting an Urgent Care clinic and the experience was probably better than going to my primary physician. I spent less than an hour there. The facility was very clean and the staff were attentive. Very convenient for me.

2nd time used in about a month. Last time by a friend, this time by me and service and attentativeness is excellent. PA’s on duty and rest of staff were great

I saw the gynecologist, and she was so sweet, understanding, and seemed to be genuinely care about my situation. The staff was nice and professional as well. I give them 5 stars all across the board

96th street media station is our go-to location. Whether it's a sore throat or a broken finger there's no question in our minds where to go for kind, caring, excellent medical care. My children frequent this location too and the staff is wonderful with both young and mature patients. 100% go there if you need to be seen by a medical professional.

I’ve seen Dr Ingrid several times and she is outstanding!

The first desk staff attitude and service is much improved compared to several years ago. Medical tech, think his name is Robert (visited 12/27/17, between 9 & 10) was very helpful and respectful. The PA had a bad attitude, for which he later apologized. Overall service and time spend was far better than going to my primary doctor's office.
