For once in my very long life, I am able to stay with a weight loss program feeling satisfied, confident and motivated to reach my goal. I have lost 30lbs in 7 weeks by staying within the guidelines and weighing in each week. There are so many protein, veggie and healthy fat choices plus extra sides that add zest to each meal. I also enjoy their own products including protein powders, protein chips, oatmeal.
The staff is so supportive, firm but understanding. I look forward to seeing them and showing off my progress each week.
I am so excited to finally rid my body of this debilitating fat. My step is already lighter and my smile brighter. Thank you Medi-Weight Loss Center and special appreciation to Noel and Kristy.
