Always excellent service when you go in person to the office on Nantahala Beach Rd in Gulf Breeze rather than trying to call and get someone far away. Most recently, there was a mistake on my bill which resulted in a significant rate increase. The other day, I walked into the office and was given a prompt, friendly greeting at the by Farrah. She was very professional and took care of the problem in an instant. It is so nice to be taken care of by a courteous and knowledgeable person.

I wish I could give zero stars. HORRIBLE. Customer service is the worst. Technology is non-existent. They are dishonest. Still billing me for service and I have had ATT fiber for over a month.

Superb service, one of the techs came by and installed my service in a Cox cable only spot in Pensacola. CUSTOMER service! Community driven. Highly Recommend! Wallfish and all! ‍

The smoked sausage dogs were good but I'm only giving 4 stars because the mayonnaise packet had separated and that made me sad when I put it on one of my sausage sandwiches. Other than that, very impressed with the flavor of the roasted veggies, sausages and the dessert options.

I was going over my alloted data, and I want to say the woman who helped me name was Mercedes, or something exotic like that. Not sure. But she helped get me a better plan with more data, and she even credited some of the overages back to the card on file! Very helpful and kind.

Where do I start with this clown show of a company. First, they lie. If they advertise a price on their website, it will be more with the list of added fees. If the call center (which sounds like it is in India) says they will call you back, they wont. If you pay for a certain speed internet, speed check it, it will be about half of what you are paying for. Finally, if you leave a negative review, instead of fixing the problem or reaching out to you, they auto populate some scripted reply that tells you to send an email that they won't reply to.

Worst cable company I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with in all the places I’ve lived around the world! Prices are ridiculous and continue to rise because of the lack of competition! If they weren’t the only company in this area, they would surely be out of business! They are also the only company that has ever charged a service fee for them to come out and fix a problem with their own system after I expended all the self fix procedures with the tech support over the phone! So glad we at least have the 3 letter phone company as an alternate option for internet!

My bill went from $80 to $120 which I was find with and now it jumped to $153.90.why I'm I paying this much. I've been a loyal customer for years but I guess it don't mean much huh?

Went through two boxes. Neither is activated and she gave me the wrong setup code for the remote. Wasn't nice at all either. Called company and they said I need to go back to the office to get another box. They wanna come to the residence but it will take a week they said. Horrible!

Has gotten much better over the years, also has gotten a lot more expensive. I get it, ESPN and other networks constantly charge the cable companies a lot of money for each subscriber. And make them carry their other networks that they charge for. Not to mention local Broadcast stations demanding more money per subscriber every year when the contract comes up for renewal. This is before we get to the increasingly growing demand for higher wages, new technology that is evolving more quickly now a days, like TiVo box’s, wify, bandwidth for my hunger for faster downloads and keeping the service to my house reliable. So I am not the guy that yells and complains in the lobby or on the phone about high prices. But good gracious, there has got to be a way to stop the bullying by networks “especially by broadcast stations that run commercials telling everyone to call the cable company that you want to keep xx channel and fold to their demands for higher rates” I hate seeing those commercials. What people should do is the opposite and call the broadcast station. Anyway I diversed for a minute. Bottom line, cable has gotten too expensive and we need to figure out how to get the prices down, along with everything else in the world. I’ll stop now!

I don’t know where to start. We had Cox Cable for 40+ yrs, unfortunately we moved into an area that Cox doesn’t supply service to, so we signed on with MediaCom. What a mistake. They nickel and dime you for just about everything, they’ll mislead you into believing that they can get you certain programs, such as MLB package, and during the 2 months that we had it we had to have service techs come out to fix some issues we were having. Their Customer Service is Subpar to say the least, and when we decide to cancel their services, they began to give us all these deals to keep us signed on. We went with AT&T who has fiber optic, which is what we were use to, and at a much cheaper rate. I Wouldn’t Recommend MediaCom To Anyone, especially after how we were treated.

No consumer loyalty for subpar service. Every year they raised their rates even though I cut channels and phone service to keep it under $200. Last month they raised it to $260 for 50 mbps internet and basic cable. Meanwhile for new customers you see internet and cable for new customers starting at $29 and 1G mbps with TV for $69. I guess that's their business model, but I have no respect for them. AT&T fiber fixed rate at $55 a month and get over 300 mbps anytime of the day. BTW, Mediacom will go out if it looks like it's going to rain and internet is terrible during congested periods.

Really excited for AT&T Fiber to actually be around where I live, Mediocre-com at it's best. With how much money they pull in you'd think they'd have an improved infrastructure that wasn't congested at all hours with constant packet-loss/ping spikes. Paying a premium just to get frustrated for how garbage their service is in the year 2022. Absolutely blows my mind. Their troubleshooting involves giving you 4 modem/router's annually and acting like that'll actually fix anything. Can't wait to pull the plug on them the moment I can.

This is literally the worst company on the face of the planet. Our internet goes out at least once a day… and they never do anything to make it right or actually fix it. Their billing service is sketchy at best, and they nickel and dime you over every little thing. What an embarrassment to every person who works for them! I’d hate to be their social media manager selling my soul and lying to every 1 star review that they’ll make it right. Laughable.

The WORST internet company I’ve ever experienced in my life. Constant issues and blackouts. It is so sad that this company gets away with being absolutely garbage.
