In our experience, the only glitch was shipping. We lost a couple of days, but that was connected to the transportation company and not MediaTech Direct. They helped us expedite the process of purchasing video brochures and did so using a purchasing method not part of their daily return. The video brochures have been a great success and we plan to return for more in the near future.
