How is it justifiable that this place charged my wife a $30 copay for a referral? She waited for an hour, to see someone for 5 mins, only to receive a piece of paper. If that's not a scam then I don't know what is. She arrived promptly, and when others arrived after her, they were attended to before she was. I'll be talking to my insurance company so that this practice doesn't get paid and she has stated that she will not be going back to this location.

This office needs an office manager who can streamline their current processes. The doctors are great and the staff is friendly but process changes need to be made. The woman at the front desk cannot handle the quantity of patients signing in. She always looks flustered and seems to be running around and not get much done. It makes no sense for me to have a 9am appt, walk in as soon as they open at 8: 30am, be the 1st person to sign in and still have to "wait" for the lady at the front desk to check me in. Within 10 minutes she was already behind. Then when they call you and put you in a room with what seems like sub-zero temperature, you sit for 20 - 30 minutes before someone comes in and tend to you! This office works in a chaotic mode as the norm and they have trained the patients that waiting over an hour is normal. I know they are busy but a person should not have to take a half day or entire day off from work to see the doctor for an annual visit with no issues. It's as if the patients' time is not respected. There is no way you can expect the flustered lady in the front to check in all the patients for 8 physicians! From the time you walk in you can feel the chaotic vibe from the staff and when you look around the waiting room all you see is unhappy patients tired of waiting. In addition, you are lucky if you find somewhere to sit. Unfortunately, I will have to find another doctor, as the doctor told me during my visit: "we all have choices". Good luck to all of their patients. I hope it improves for you. I will find another doctor who appreciates their patients' time.
If you are looking for a good doctor who doesn't appreciate your time, has an office staff who always work in a chaotic mode, who leaves you in the freezer. I a mean room over 20 minutes before someone sees you and doesn't have enough waiting room seating.this is the place to go. If not, find another doctor!

Horrible customer service! The lady on the phone did not even hear me about when I told her my insurance does not require referrals and insisted that she needs a referral from my primary. Super condescending, almost laughing at me on the phone. Ridiculous.

The staff and doctors are very friendly they treat me like family. It's 6 years since going there and I never had any bad experiences. As a group they are the best.

Waited 2.5 hours past my appointment time. The staff are rude, and there were not enough seats for the overflow of patients - many had to wait outside or in their cars. Dr. Chai was kind but seemed distracted and disinterested. The visit was about 5 minutes. Her office then called me to cancel a week before my follow up. They said the dr.was canceling all of her appointments for a month because she was "overwhelmed. " The next available appointment they offered was a month out. Requested a call from the doctor, since I needed to make a decision for insurance. Never received a response, and it's been over 2 weeks. Would not recommend.

After calling over a month couldn’t get anyone to make appointment. I off to pretend that a doctor calling.finally I get to make the appointment.only to show up a they don’t take the insurance no more. I say to the lady at the front dest why someone didn’t someone didn’t call me to let me know. I wasted to talk with the office manager which didn’t come to my attention.she sit there turn her back.it’s pure customer service

I had a 9am appointment. I got there at 830 and signed in. I told them I would have to leave by 10 am. They said they would see what they can do.
At 945 I was still waiting room. So I had to cancel the appointment after waiting over a hour. This place is not logical. They have no respect or care for people's time

One of the poorly medical facilities I ever being to. Wait is over 2 hrs on an appointment on good day. Customer service is not apart of their reputation. Finding another office is my next best bet
