Doctor was great. Phone customer and nurse were really helpful. Submitted that night and had the electronic copy approved by the state that following morning.

The physician was very clear on explaining what type of cannibus can help with different pains and illness’s. The office was clean and the receptionist professional. It was not crowded and I was seen promptly and I was very happy with all the information I was given.

I used to have multiple migraines weekly ever since I started using medical marijuana treatment I have been feeling extremely well, no more migraines! Also, I am sleeping well… which helps me tremendously as well. I’m beyond thankful for my treatment!

What an awesome experience at the Casselberry office. The entire staff assisted me from arrival through departure from their facility. I am legally blind with glaucoma, a prosthetic eye, joint pain and more. MMTC answered all my questions after a thorough review of my conditions. The doctor made his recommendations and instructed me on usage.
I recommend MMTC to all especially the Casselberry Florida office.

I felt very relaxed, everyone was so nice, the reception was very helpful and the PA was incredible, very help. The Doctor made me feel like I will be alright. When I left their I was so glad that I went.

The staff at the Longwood Orlando office was professional yet friendly. The receptionist kindly answered questions and made anyone waiting while I was waiting feel comfortable. Really did not know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised how professional and throughout they were. The front desk person was very nice and helpful, and the Doctors assistant gave me a lot of good information on how the process works, where to go, what to buy, etc.
During the visit with the main doctor it felt a bit like he was just reading off a script and didn’t really care too much about me/pains. Just gathered ‘yes/no’ answers and compared them against my medical history: Not a great sympathizer but overall a good experience.
Would say you have nothing to fear as long as you bring your medical documents and ID or you’ll be wasting a trip.
Have to refill my prescription every 6 months so this a big hike for me personally as a downside.

Staff was very compassionate and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and the process was much easier than I expected.

I had a wonderful experience at the Casselberry, FL location. I was quite nervous in the waiting room, but once the kind front desk receptionist brought me back into a room and explained her cannabis use success I felt SO much better. Dr. Nelson was very good about going over what my goals are with using cannabis - I've suffered from depression from a young age and while I am mentally stable I have the lingering side effect of being fatigued and sleepy constantly. Dr. Nelson and his staff did a superb job of explaining the different ways to use cannabis - inhalation, absorption, sublingual, etc. Overall, I highly recommend!

Very thorough. I was explained in detail what would be best for my conditions. I was the last patient of the day and I never felt rushed. Highly recommend.
